Beloved Children: 

The natural activity of God is expansion, and every lifestream within its own nature desires to expand and unfold. 

You can study Nature from the unfolding flower, the unfolding leaves of the tree, the expanding action of a spring of water, the unfolding of the form of a newborn child to maturity, and you will see that within Nature there is a natural agreement with the ,expanding quality which is the Primal Essence of God. 

The Three-fold Flame within your heart is impelled by the same expanding nature to unfold its Godhood through your personal self. And in the expanding of the Threefold Flame every God Quality, and every Christ Quality, begins to flow forth even as the expansion of the flower brings forth the fragrance and beauty of color and form to enrich the Universe. The fragrance of the flower is the radiation of expansion, and in the natural unfoldment of the Three-fold Flame within the heart there is a certain fragrance expressed through the God-Qualities as they begin to flow forth from the individual. 

If a flower, a tree, or a human form tries to fight against the expansion of the God-Self, discomfort and unhappiness ensues, for it is in complete disobedience and inversion of the Law of Life. Mankind endeavoring to shut in their Light, to hold their life unto themselves, are working constantly against the natural law of expansion, and this has caused the tension and imperfection experienced to date by the people of Earth. 

When one chooses to let the Flame in the heart expand its God Gifts naturally and easily as the spring gives forth the fresh water, as the tree and shrub unfold its new leaves, or as the flower brings forth from the bud its full glory, you will find that the expansion of your own God-Life within itself will bring the Qualities that you so desire, which are never generated of the human, but are a constant outpouring from the fountain of your heart.
