Beloved Wayfarers on the Path: 

These weekly releases, beloved ones, represent our life energy - yours and mine, for which we are both responsible to the Cosmic Law... mine for the instruction released which will enable you to further understand the Law of Spiritual Activity, and yours for the use you make of them. The Laws governing life are much the same - above and below. 

In the Higher Octaves we are required to account to the Karmic Council for the balance rendered by the chelas in whom we invest our energy. 

It is most gratifying to tell you that the 1964 Harvest of mankind at Shamballa proved to the Law that the chelas are enthusiastically serving to assist the Earth and her evolutions in the forward progression of the Planet which is not only necessary but mandatory at this time. Rejoice with me that there was an adequate balance of all our endeavors, above and below. In your etheric garments you heard the Beloved Gautama bless each lifestream with a commendatory statement. 

You are each developing in the activity of life which I, personally, have found most rewarding and beneficial. You will find that the petty annoyances which present themselves to you in your life experiences are less so, and even without any consequences, if you will daily remind yourselves of the statement:  "I AM" my brother’s keeper."
