Dear Hearts: 

Centuries ago a certain group of lifestreams were chosen to represent certain qualities required by the Hierarchy in order to fulfill its present Mission of expanding the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame through all those using the Earth as a schoolroom. Many embodiments have flown by since the Plan of the Mission was presented to the spiritual group who are wearing the Earth bodies of my chelas today, and in that long past revelation each one vowed to his own Holy Christ Self that he would prepare and evolve his vehicles to a point, that when the Ascended Master called them they would have perfect balance and strength and enough spiritual radiation to be the "Strength of Light" required to hold the Bridge, from the human to the Divine. 

Spiritual strength requires a tremendous balance in the four lower bodies of the lifestream. I AM, therefore, daily and hourly endeavoring to establish rhythmic pulsations of Cosmic Balance through the lifestreams of the student body. In various embodiments certain ones have developed more strength in one or the other bodies, and also have developed certain weaknesses, thus putting the set of vehicles out of perfect running order. This, I might add, is true of every individual belonging to this system of worlds. But, remember, until the pressure of the Light begins to pour through the lifestream, through the acceleration of the individual's evolutionary scheme, these strengths and weaknesses will not appear in their feelings. 

During recent years we have studied the lifestreams who (in their innocent enthusiasm) so lightly took that vow, and each has not yet fully developed according to the capacities of his own Higher Self. We have gladly released pertinent instruction, beloved, week after week in an endeavor to accelerate this unfolding process, that in this hour of international and planetary crisis we might depend upon the Fidelity of our chelas.

We request that you individually endeavor to draw the requisite qualities to maintain the poised serenity required to be an Example to those, who as yet do not understand the full import of their responsibility and their great service to the Ascended Masters while yet walking upon this Earth. The majority of my chelas now understand this Mission and its spiritual significance. And because they understand I place my trust in them. Without a Bridge from the human to the Divine we cannot unfold fully the Spiritual Mission that is even yet in its infancy and so important to mankind. Each faithful chela is an integral part in the "cables" of that Bridge. We are giving all the assistance the Cosmic Law will permit. We love you and trust you will avail yourself of this unprecedented opportunity.
