My Dear Ones: 

The Ascended Master Octave is a Realm of harmony, beauty, exquisite fragrance axed peace. When the Cosmic Law allows a certain sum total of Energy to be expended from these Cosmic Heights, it demands a balance of results, and when that balance is riot forth coming this impersonal law can no longer allow a waste of Cosmic Breath. At such a time there is a testing of each chela to see to what use the Energy sent forth by the Ascended Ones has been put. I rejoice to say that the balance as far as the Progress and unfoldment and the control of emotions and feelings is concerned on the part of the majority of my beloved ones, has been good indeed. Each has been tested in different ways. Just as the fingerprints of no two individuals are the same, so the tests of no two chelas are alike. 

The earnest desire of the hearts of my children to reach beyond the worded expression and to get the spiritual food contained therein makes it possible for me to continue to pour forth my Energy from the Fountain of All Light. As each one turns inward and perfects his own part of the Energy which the Law of Life has given him, he will find no need to perfect another's. 

From the time the Spirit first chooses the responsibility of accepting a body made up of the elements that comprise physical manifestation upon the Earth, the purpose is that he may transmute, raise and perfect that elemental-substance into pure Light. 

Daily living in a chaotic world filled "with sound and fury" may seem a tedious process until the chela turns inward and ascends the stairway to the "Upper Room", there to be renewed and refreshed at the Fount of Light. He thus reaches a plateau beyond all human thinking, feeling, actions and reactions, and he exults in the Realm of Freedom. He returns charged with strength and Light - a focus of Divine Power where he stands upon the Earth. Be assured that we of the Higher Realm know of your strivings, of your temptations and of your charity and love towards your fellowman, for we are your elder Brothers who have walked the same rugged road.
