Dear Hearts:

The Law of Life is that a blessing can never be denied: "Whatsoever you ask the Father in my name shall be done unto you". When you hold up the cup of your consciousness to your I AM Presence and to the Ascended Masters through a decree, an invocation, a prayer or heartfelt desire, be assured it is filled.

In the outer world if an individual is thirsty and offers you his empty cup to be filled, your first impulse is to fill that cup with some liquid which will satisfy the desire within the individual’s vehicle. From the time you fill the cup and return it to him your responsibility ceases. Whether he drinks it, spills it away or whatever uses his body forces put that drink to is not your responsibility, nor need it for the most part secure your thought, attention or feeling. In just such a manner when an individual professes an interest in the Higher Law and holds forth the cup of his consciousness, neither can he be denied a release of substance to fill that cup from an Ascended Master or a Messenger of the Angelic Host. The cup is filled for the particular need or requirement of the moment and at this point the responsibility ceases for all but the one who received the cup.

There is no human being, no matter what the accumulation around the outer self is, whoever is, was or shall be denied a blessing when the cup is held forth for it, or the invocation made for such an outpouring. The size of the cup determines the gift, not the nature of the supplicant - just as when the life-giving rain falls, the sinner and the saint receive the same amount of substance in the cistern, but the nature of the individual will determine how much good the blessing will do.

The chela should identify himself with the ever-present indestructible God-Force through feeling his oneness with it, and thus he shall actively perceive and recognize the power and capacities that are alive within the creative vessels endowed him when he became an individualized God-Flame.

The treatment of the Feeling Body (in order to incorporate the accepted knowledge of the Mind) requires quiet, uninterrupted contemplation upon the soul-substance or truths presented and always draw the Presence of an Ascended One. The point of recognition and perception awakens the chords in the Feeling Body and results in an exalted consciousness which, in the East, is called Illumination. If the study of these words of Truth be followed by contemplation, your soul and spirit should perceive the meaning behind them.

There passes a time after the birth of an infant during which the sight is not focused, and though the Sun is shining the child does not see; then comes the Cosmic moment when the, infant opens his eyes and sight is conferred. The faithful chelas are now at such a moment, and joy does live, peace does exist, plenty abounds and vital health is, but the chela must open his heart and eyes to see and know, and dispense these gifts by filling the vessels of mankind's consciousness with his impersonal love.

I shall not rest until the impetus of my Strength and my Light be so enfolding about each of you, my beloved, that you cannot deny its presence.

Love and Blessings,

THE MAHA CHOHAN
