My Beloved Children:

Too much food, spiritual as well as physical, clogs the system. While continuous waves of instruction go forth the individual is apt to be keyed up to a point of interest or curiosity as to what the next wave will be, without holding on to the essence within the kernel (or heart) of the preceding instruction and making it part of the daily living.

Food taken into the physical form, through the glorious wisdom in the body-structure, is transmuted into energy and strength of the bloodstream, the nervous system, as well as every cell and tissue, bone and muscle. However, if the body did not transmute the food, and it remained in its natural element, but a short time would elapse before Life would be forced to withdraw from the body-temple.

All of this humble instruction, so gladly served at my table, is spiritual food. If the food cannot be grasped by the intellectual consciousness and assimilated (thus transmuting the nature) it merely clogs the mental structure, and becomes just so much wasted energy.

Instruction or, rather, opportunity for learning is ever-present with the chelas, though they sometimes might feel that unless the instruction is emphasized or "gold-plated" it is just repetition. For this reason many sincere individuals pass through life in the classroom of the Ascended Masters not understanding the method of evolving the God-Consciousness or, the awareness through contemplation and feeling.

The instrument which unfolds the core of knowledge is never the outer mind. When one receives the seed of Truth - contemplation, prayer, and deep rhythmic breath will unfold from that fundamental core of knowledge, the fullness of what the Ascended Master wishes to blossom in the chela's life. This is why the Searcher for Truth, (as I know each of my beloved chelas are) when he has passed the egotistical stage which accompanies the first opening of the inner or spiritual eye, finds that every man is his teacher.

So conscious of form is man, that he will readily accept Truth through the "physical presence" of some individual, who is pleasing to him. Yet the chela must learn to recognize Truth even as the Nature Kingdom recognizes pure water, no matter what facet it flows through, whether in a clear mountain stream or some hidden pool without any seeming entrance or exit. In like manner individuals who place themselves in a receptive condition looking, for Truth and knowledge of Life, in lectures, in books and in the hearts of their fellowman, will find: their daily experience becoming a joyous and intensive training at the feet of their own Master.

No one who sincerely comes to the Fount, no matter how limited in itself their effort may but are fed according to his need from the Higher Intelligences of Light whose province it is to guide and illumine all who ask in the name of understanding. "Yea, with all thy getting, get understanding".

Love and Blessings,

THE MAHA CHOHAN
