"I AM" come today to bring to you a certain realization of your opportunity as well as your obligation to the universe in being chosen among those who are to form the Heart Center of a particular activity of cosmic research wherein and whereby certain differentiations between fact and fancy may be, to the best of our ability through your consciousnesses, corrected and left as a heritage for the mankind of Earth, the incoming root race and its sub-races as well as the lifestreams belonging to other evolutions and the individual "I AM" Presence of those who have passed through the second death before Kuthumi's Petition to remove the second death was granted and who will choose to embody when the Earth releases more magnificent radiation of love and light in this lower atmosphere as Freedom's Star. 

Now, the perfect number of individuals required for such a research magnetic center from the unascended state is thirteen. It was symbolized by the Master Jesus and the disciples. 

You might be interested, as individuals, in the particular magnetizing currents that you individually draw. Pallas Athena and myself, working as one she to bring direct Truth through the outer consciousnesses of receptive minds, self radiating through that very beam of Truth the gifts of Comfort, Healing, Peace, Supply and developing the nature of the Holy Spirit. 

It is your responsibility and obligation and I speak this consciously to your outer minds, souls and feelings this morning, to make distinct individual application to the Beloved Vesta, Beloved Pallas Athena, Beloved Hilarion, the Brotherhood at Crete and every Being and Power connected with the transfer of Truth from Cosmic Heights to project their specific Rays through mortal consciousness in the world of form.  

Beloved ones, laying the tunnel beneath the East River or the great Hudson although a great engineering feat in its own right due to the tremendous pressures of water and the swiftly flowing tides - is as NOTHING compared to creating and sustaining a conscious conductor from the Ascended Master Realm into the human consciousness and outer selves of unascended beings for their upliftment! 

I speak with great sincerity that we may build on ROCK and not on sand. You are not lightly chosen; you are chosen for momentums of service at inner levels (even before you joined the Manu of some root race and came forth upon this planet) for momentums of service and dedication to a Cause throughout eons of time as civilizations have risen and have fallen and, primarily, for the development of the Mother House, the Mother House, the Mother House of the entire Endeavor we must have a clear understanding of the vibratory action which you are to represent. 

Those of you who represent Truth must be so alert to refute slander, gossip, untruths and shadows of human concepts as you would be alert to wild animals and reptiles in your midst: not only for yourselves and the atmosphere of this Home but for the entire Activity and all connected with it in any way. 

Those who represent Comfort are responsible for the development, externalization, and radiation of the Holy Spirit. 

You think of me as the gentle one and yet there are times when for the Cosmic good of the whole I must represent Impersonal Cosmic Law, and direct it, as I direct it at Cosmic heights, with no thought of self. 

Now, let us contemplate for a moment the activity of the Holy Spirit, It is pleasant because it is impersonal in its aspect. From the time that the Ascended Masters first contacted unascended human beings, the presentation of impersonal cosmic law which the intellect enjoys has been the easiest possible part of our task. The presentation of personal, individual instruction and correction has been the most difficult; for the average man and even the most earnest chela likes confirmation of his own efficacy and of the concepts built in his own mind and his past associations with the various cults and religions. Few, children, few want Truth; Pallas Athena has remained as well as the Elohim of Purity the least wanted and desired of all the Ascended Beings. NOT ONLY IN THIS ERA but back to Atlantean of days. When the veil of maya began to close upon the Priests of Atlantis, Purity went first and Truth went next and in the return it will it seems be the same. So to those of you who have within you certain tenacity of Spirit and wish to present Truth and Purity to the Universe GOD ALMIGHTY help you. 

On your chart, the great glorious beams of light around the "I AM" Presence form the Holy Spirit of that One. On a larger scale around Helios and Vesta these beams of color represent the Causal Body of the Sun of our System, the Holy Spirit of the entire universe, made up of all the planets that belong to this universe. There is a Maha Chohan for each one of the seven planets of this system. Therefore, "I AM" but One of Seven Maha Chohan's whose service is the channeling of that great Causal Body of Helios and Vesta to and through the evolutions in the Earth, on the Earth and in its atmosphere. "I AM" not the first One that has held this Office, nor shall I be the last. Meantime, it is my obligation and responsibility to the universe at large to endeavor to help earnest sincere chelas to draw the powers and the radiation of their Causal Body (already developed) in, through and around the physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies until it is externalized here in the atmosphere around you is the same perfection as the Causal Body that surrounds your own beloved "I AM" Presence! 

There are seven planets in our system. The Earth is the fourth planet from the physical Sun and that is why use seven as a symbol of creation, the seven bands around the Causal Body at this time - although around the Sun you will find twelve such bands of color and in the original activity of life the representation was that of twelve. However in order not to confuse the outer mind we have confined it to the planets of the system, (the seven) and the moving of the planet Earth into the place now held by Uranus and the moving of Mars into the place held by the Earth will be the next step, cosmically speaking, to which Morya and the Ascended Host aspire. This movement of the planets toward the Sun will cause the absorption of beloved Mercury and then will prepare our universe for the ascent of our entire Sun and system of worlds into the orbit now occupied by the Sun and planets above us (Krishna and Sophia and their planetary system.) 

Let me reiterate that you represent Truth and Comfort one quality predominant the other to be developed and from this handful hope we shall be able to develop those who can be best used to serve the entire evolution of the Earth and its people.
