The Shamballa Letter

VOLUME 20, Number 27                                                                                                                    July 2, 2001

Blessed chelas,

Through the use of God's Sacred and Holy Breath what are you discovering about yourself? Along with finding time in your busy schedules to still your being and commune with our Mother-Father God, does not this wonderful gift which is a natural and necessary part of your existence, also assist you in finding peace in your life? Once again I now refer to some of my previous teachings (Excerpts previously published June 11, 1993.) to assist you a little further on your spiritual path. Listen, as I offer insights concerning another wonderful way in which you can expand the level of your consciousness in this world of form.

"Many of you have been discovering within yourselves that river of peace which flows within the heart of absolute stillness. As the point of perfect stillness is reached, this river of peace flows forth to envelop you, washing away the cares and concerns which sometimes dominate the four lower vehicles...Following your successful attainment of stillness, you have found that you re-enter the world of form with renewed joy and enthusiasm for the work to be done. You have begun to recognize the presence of that Cloak of Quietude mentioned earlier and you have begun to acknowledge and feel grateful for this gift of the Silence which remains with you throughout the day..."

"As we enter the Great Silence, the flower of your consciousness will begin to bloom in earnest as the Eternal Light of Divine Mind warms and nourishes the seeds which were planted so long ago by your Inner Christ. During your times of stillness begin to open yourself to the perception of this Light as it flows from the Heart of your Presence into the dwelling place of your Holy Christ Self... " During the coming weeks, your core assignment will not change. Seek the stillness at the same time each day and then record your experiences in a Spiritual Journal.

Much can be accomplished, beloved ones, by putting down on paper your thoughts, ideas, questions and feelings. If you are not already doing this, I suggest you begin this very private and personal activity at once for it will assist you greatly in your forward movement into the Light of God that is eternally victorious! Worry not so much as to the format of your journal. Concentrate solely upon the words it contains.
