Truly, each one of you is a blessing unto Us, for as you receive the gifts from the Octaves of Light, your desire to give to your brothers and sisters in the Human Family is clearly visible within your radiant auras. Breathe in My love and gratitude, and absorb it deep within your beings and worlds, for you are the Joy of Heaven!

Perhaps your willingness to give pulls your attention away from the need to receive more fully. This is what I desire to speak about today. You know there are two parts to the Cosmic Law, which states, "As you receive, so must you give". As you know, during the upcoming summer conference, the theme will be "RECEIVE". As we approach that time, I ask that you place your attention upon the preparation required. In order to become a truly efficient receiver, you must concentrate upon listening and absorbing Our gifts, making them truly a part of your beings and worlds. Otherwise, there is a tendency to rush forth, dispensing all you have received at inner levels, before you have completely absorbed and understood these gifts for yourselves. You see, receiving is a process, accomplished through the four steps of a complete breath.

A gift from the Octaves of Light is a spiritual understanding, ability, or instruction from a Master or Cosmic Being, given through your I AM Presence. It is received on the inbreath. This is the first step in the process of receiving. The gift first goes to the Holy Christ Self within your heart, and there it must remain for a time. This is the second step. It is a period of absorbing, or the holding of the gift. During this time, you are asked to 'listen'. As you listen within, the Christ Self reveals the meaning of the gift to your outer consciousness. This is the third part of the breath, which is the expansion. During the expansion, the gift is presented to your four lower vehicles, each receiving the necessary understanding of how to use the gift. As you can understand through this explanation, a spiritual gift must be absorbed and balanced through the listening and waiting process, before it is fully received.

Once completely absorbed, understood and expanded throughout your four lower vehicles, it truly becomes a firmly established part of your own individual consciousness. The gift may then be given to others. This is the fourth step, and it is the projection of the gift. This represents the activity of the Holy Spirit, Whose function is to fire the gift into action and manifestation. It takes place perfectly when you have first understood through the Christ within, for as you know, the Christ Consciousness must come before the Holy Spirit. An interesting thing to note is that you can never lose a spiritual gift, once it is completely received and realized, even though you give it away thousands upon thousands of times. Is not this a wonderful understanding?

As I look upon your auras, I see that one of the difficulties you encounter is that of feeling unworthy to receive God's gifts. This must be addressed, because it will otherwise block the flow of good that your Father-Mother God desires to release to you―and through you―to the planet Earth. You have a great desire to go forth and help the Earth, but it is mixed with some feelings of personal unworthiness.

I wish to remind you―each breath received is pure and sacred, given by the Cosmic Holy Spirit through your precious I AM Presence to feed you with the pure essence of God's Love, Wisdom and Power. At the closing of each day, as well as often during the course of the day―whenever you think about your Presence―offer the Chalice of your consciousness back to It, for in truth, that Chalice belongs to your I AM Presence.

The Presence of God created your four lower vehicles to act for Itself upon the Earth, thus you do not belong to your outer consciousness, but to your God Presence. If you are a gift of God to the Earth, how can you be unworthy to receive His gifts? I pose the question, and ask that you ponder it deeply, accepting the Grace of God that makes you worthy. The more times you think about this each day, the stronger will become your relationship with God. The stronger will become your ability to love as God loves, because you will know beyond any doubt that God is in you, and moves through you with each breath, to bless all life within your sphere of influence.

As a result of the blessing received from the Cosmic Holy Spirit, it is My prayer that each individual chela will experience himself to be the Golden Chalice of his God Presence, dispensing whatever gifts of God are required to the Earth within his own sphere of influence. Knowing this, each one can then easily expand and project this knowledge to and through the Body of Light, where it may be received and realized by all chelas and light workers everywhere on Earth. The needs of the mass consciousness, as it awakens at a rapid rate, continue to accelerate. So must the God-consciousness expand within you―Our Chelas―for you are the hope and glory of the New Age to come―the Open Door of Christ Consciousness to all.

There are many ways you can help, in addition to the giving of your own substance and gifts. As a result of your calls, many Solar Lords stand waiting to dispense Their gifts to the Earth. Now you have the opportunity to awaken the guardian spirits, and also to draw forth the financial substance required to sustain the Heart Center of Shamballa and the Bridge to Spiritual Freedom Activity, including all chelas, light workers and Outpost Groups involved. As the acceleration of consciousness takes place upon the Earth, the needs for assisting the newly awakened souls will become more and more obvious.

We lovingly acknowledge you are doing a great deal setting the example, and We are grateful. However, it is important to know that there are others who can help, and your calls will bring them forth, including those who have the financial substance and many other gifts required at this time. As you draw forth the assistance of the Solar Lords and many other Cosmic Beings, I ask that you also make calls for the assistance of those on the physical plane who can help.

I pray that you heed My counsel, overcoming any reluctance to use the decrees that will help the work move ahead more smoothly and quickly. These have been given for your use. No Son of God needs to be wanting, because there is no lack of substance in the universe, but only the consciousness prepared to receive it. Call for the Grace of God! Call for the supply!

Beloved of My Heart, know how much you are loved, and how worthy you are, as you are purified and prepared by the mighty Transmuting Flame to receive the full gifts and substance of the Kingdom of Heaven. I, your Friend and Counselor, Paul, await your recognition of My Unity with you. I love you!
