My Beloved Chelas of Light,

I come before you, My Heart filled with love and gratitude. The happiness in your hearts as you learned that I AM the Enfolding Spirit for the New Year of 1993 is truly your gift of love to Me. It is a great honor and privilege to follow in the footsteps of a Being of Light such as My beloved Friend of the ages, Saint Germain. I assure you, He has prepared you well for the years to come!

Those of you who were present at the Summer Conference in July will recall that―during that conference―Saint Germain and I shared a Class. This was very significant, for it speaks of the unity of service We share. For some time, We have been drawing ever closer in Our work, because Shamballa is the Heart Center of the planetary spiritual activity. As such, Shamballa must function as a unifying factor for many diverse areas of spiritual activity and development everywhere on the Earth. Much energy is being released to help fulfill these diverse needs, while building and maintaining unity and brotherhood among the chelas with integrity.

Even as We fulfill the Principle of Brotherhood in the Octaves of Light, you know that all of you―as a group―are being prepared as the externalization of the Great White Brotherhood upon the physical plane. For this to take place, the assistance and cooperation of each individual chela is required. In brotherhood, the value of every individual is extremely important, for it is through your personal gifts and talents that your best contributions will be made. However, your individuality must be happily blended with those of others, to create the final tapestry of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom in all its glory!

At this hour, My individuality is pledged―in its fullness―to the accomplishment of this mutual goal: the completion of this final tapestry, which shall show the Earth as Freedom's radiant and Holy Star―shining in its center―orbiting peacefully within a brotherhood of planets! Therefore, this is what I also ask of each of you.

During the year just completed, you have made great strides forward as Spiritual Beings. You have worked in wonderful cooperation with Us, and given of yourselves in ways too numerous to list. I take this moment to say 'Thank you!'. I also entourage each one of you to remember to say 'thank you' to one another for the parts you have played in each other's lives and spiritual growth. I know that, as true chelas, you have come to understand―no matter how rough the road may be from time to time―you need each other to keep going, to advance in the Light, and to come home again to the Heart of God from whence you came! This has been true for every individual who has won the ascension!

Although I have somehow gained the reputation of a task-master, you know My love for you is profound! Many of you know My humor, and all of you know My prodding! Sometimes, under both My humor and My prodding, in your hearts you have wondered; 'How do they deal with El Morya in the Realms of Light?' Well, I have an answer! It is, through the love, patience and tolerance of gentlemen such as Saint Germain; ladies of Divine Love, such as Nada; Beings of Peace, such as Kuthumi, John, the Beloved, and Jesus―Micah, the Angel of Unity; and so many Others. My beloved ones, I was given the love and patience of so many with whom I have walked through the ages! Through Their love, tolerance, and understanding extended to Me, I was able to develop the patience I now ask of every one of you. Yes! I have become a Man of Patience!'

You are doing so well, that again I remind you of this so important point! Say 'thank you!' for all the blessings you receive from others as you walk your paths into the Full Light of your I AM Presence!

In the first years of this final decade of the twentieth century, you have been working with the Healers and the Teachers. This shall continue, helping you to develop the fuller understanding needed to fulfill ongoing, and perhaps more complicated tasks. Many of you are full-fledged chelas now, having accepted and fulfilled expanded work with determination. Many stand at the doorway of still further initiations. All have taken major steps in consciousness, and all that it entails. These are exciting and challenging times for those who are spiritually alive, alert, awake, and active! It is the active part about which I would like to speak at this time.

While you are accomplishing the purification required within your four lower vehicles, and preparing through healing and enlightenment to serve more fully, it is time to become more active in fulfilling your various tasks, as they are set forth, I would like to give you a theme for the coming year―a theme of action, that may be applied to your every task. I would like to call the New Year of 1993 The Year of Illumined Obedience. While I hope it will be only the first of many to come, I point out that all the enlightenment in the world will not accomplish what is needed, if it is not put into obedient action!

I will make it very clear that when I say 'obedience', I do not mean blind obedience! Quite the opposite! I ask every chela and Light worker on the planet Earth to be absolutely sure to go to and through the PRESENCE OF GOD, I AM, for every instruction and direction. Give your obedience to that Presence, the Holy Christ Self within your Diamond Hearts of Love, and to none other! It is through that Presence that you and I are One, for every Ascended Master speaks to you only through your Presence and by your invitation!

As we enter a new year, the focus shall be to blaze the perfection of God's Will into the activities of every Ray. Together, we shall blaze God's Perfection and the Power of Illumined Faith into every activity of Light upon this Earth; into every man, woman, and child! We shall blaze God's perfect Will into the astral planes of the Earth, using the powers of Sacred Violet Fire―of which the Blue Ray is a major component―to transmute all of God's sacred Life energies into perfection, and return them to the Heart of Creation. Then, they may be sent forth again into all constructive endeavors upon the Earth!

Beloved, it is the Heart of God I represent! From it emerge the Divine Ideas I send forth at all times through the Power of My attention. These Holy Seeds are not of My creation, for they originate in God's Heart! I merely attune Myself to God's Heart, and the flow commences! It commences and continues uninterrupted by any force less than Itself! Of course, no force less than Itself exists, unless one permits his attention to wander away from the center!

Always remember, the most perfect and healthiest of roses must open fully to release the perfection of its beauty and the elegance of its fragrance! It does this without losing a single petal, releasing its perfection, beauty and fragrance into the garden where it grows. Think of yourself as a perfect rose. Each time you accomplish a task, a petal opens, and your beauty and perfection—the fragrance of your love—releases some of its essence into your sphere—the garden in which you have been so lovingly placed! Be not afraid of your own beauty and perfection, and be not anxious about how to complete your expression! Relax into the Diamond Heart of your own perfection, place your attention steadfastly upon God's Perfection, and let your petals open, one at a time, to bless this precious Garden of Earth! Take joy in the process, so that you may express God Happiness in your every task, your every accomplishment, no matter how small or large.

Some years ago, I requested that Our chelas give the Shamballa Decree at all classes and each day in their personal meditations. This has been done by many. Today, I would like to give you a deeper understanding of this decree.

Shamballa, in the purest symbolic sense, represents the perfection of the Spirit of God anchored in each and every heart. It represents the Spiritual Heart of all life―the Immaculate Concept of the Godhead Itself. If you think of Shamballa as a place to be, then think of it as the heart center of your very being, the sacred place in which your life force resides, and from which your every manifest expression must proceed. Beloved, you are a physical focus of Shamballa, a living cell―the pure Diamond Heart at the very center of your being―each and every one of you.

There is a focus of Shamballa in the heart of every lifestream! This focus is in the process of being awakened and activated in all people. As this takes place, individuals desire to combine their deepest spiritual awakenings and understandings with each other, and this will go on until all heart flames will one day resonate together in harmony of expression. This is the ONE DESIRE, which shall form the ONE HEART, from which the ONE UNIFIED CONSCIOUSNESS OF LOVE, WISDOM, AND POWER will proceed, ultimately manifesting the ONE TRUE HUMAN FAMILY upon the Earth!  

Now you may expand this consciousness of yourself―as a physical focus of Shamballa―outward. As this consciousness joins with the others here present, you form a unified planetary Heart center. This is the physical focus of Shamballa as you know it―a place to gather together―to learn, to teach, and to share this One magnificent state of consciousness.

You have been told that 'Shamballa' means 'sacrifice'! Do not fear sacrifice, for the word actually means 'to make sacred'! Every cell and atom of your beings and worlds is made sacred through the sacrifice of the human will to that of the Divine. That is not a process to be feared! It is to be welcomed with joy and relief, for within this process lies your freedom in the full Light of God's Holy, Sacred Will!

As the One Loving Desire continues to awaken in the hearts of men and women everywhere, the unified Heart Center must be ready, purified, balanced and prepared through which they may focus their purified energy for the Spiritual Freedom of all life. This is the Diamond Heart of Shamballa! Can you see this vision? Can you feel it stir within yourselves? Of course you can!

As I now direct a Ray of Light into the Heart flames of each one of you, I ask you to breathe it in, absorb it, nourishing the Sacred Flame, for it is the Kingdom of Heaven within you. Now expand this Light―Our combined light, love, and power, throughout your four lower vehicles on the outbreath, and then project it forth into all life upon this planet. Feel the Earth as the Blazing Diamond Heart of God's Perfection, for I so decree it, and accept it done right now and forever sustained!

Beloved Chelas, it is My Heart's desire that I have brought a fuller understanding of the meaning of Shamballa to you. Accept My Love and My Reverence, as I bow in gratitude to the 'Sacred Threefold Flame you are! This is Shamballa! I love you!
