Beloved Friends of Mine,

I greet you from the Temple of Mercy and Compassion over Beijing, China. Blessed ones, realize that a focus of My Temple is anchored within each of your hearts. It exists at the very center of your being for the express purpose of attunement to the Cosmic Virtues that I dispense to Earth. Through My Ray, I AM instantly present within your personal auras whenever you invite Me. Feel My Violet Ray of Love and Compassion fill your beings and worlds right now! Breathe it in and intensify it within your heart. As you release the breath, see and feel an aquamarine radiance move outward to surround you, filling your auras with My protecting, healing Presence. I ask that you maintain a gentle, rhythmic breathing pattern as you receive My message today, for it will assist you greatly to absorb and understand what I have to say.

Sometime ago I explained the ways in which each chela might work to bring healing to others within their individual spheres of influence. In those instructions, I told you that the desire for healing and perfection is the foundation from which you now move. This places you within the nature of Christ Consciousness, through which all healing moves. However, for as long as you are embodied in the physical world, there are times when you may experience stress, as a result of the outer appearances around you. You have asked how to deal with stress when it occurs, and I wish to discuss this point with you.

Each of you is going through a time of intense preparation, developing your own self-mastery at a rapid rate. This, in itself, is a factor that may call forth feelings of stress, and sometimes you feel inadequate to function as the Healer of the New Age you desire to be. As a part of the Divine Mother aspect of God, I AM here to reassure you that the very reason you experience uncertainty provides a safeguard around you, both for yourself and others. It reminds you to ask for help, and to continue learning and perfecting your spiritual abilities to teach and heal. Even as you are protected during these times, so are those around you.

I bring a simple point to you today. When you discover that you are reacting to fear in a negative way, take time to sit down and examine your reaction. Place it upon the altar of your heart, and ask your Inner Christ to reveal to your consciousness whatever you need to know to bring the needed healing and enlightenment into your own four lower vehicles. This must take place before you can act efficiently as a master of your own energy.

Beloved Archangel Zadkiel has said "Do not personalize energy." I bring this same statement to you again. Whenever you feel a negative emotion, whether it is fear, judgment, or uncertainty of any kind, it is a clear indication that you are reacting to something that requires transmutation. Such reactions are like arrows, pointing directly at the cause and core of unresolved energies still affecting your consciousness. Through forgiveness, the way will be cleared for complete healing to take place.

Remember this key point of Law―you cannot heal in others what is not first resolved within your own consciousness. Under the training now taking place, all such needs are being brought to the surface for recognition and forgiveness, for you are Our chelas, and We need you to act as Ourselves upon the Earth.

It is through your own experiences that you learn how to extend understanding and forgiveness to others. It is through your own lives that you then set the example, and truly teach and heal. Do you see, My dearest ones?

You have sometimes seen Me represented as having many arms―each offering a gift to whomever may ask. At this time, I ask that you think of me in this way, lovingly holding the gifts of love you require within My hands. It matters not what specific need you may have, for I have many gifts, and all are freely given. As you ask, so do I answer.

Human love must now be raised into the Divine. Even though human love has a beauty of its own, it does not become God's Love until it is purified and lifted up by the Light of Christ within you. In that same Light within, I dwell.
