Consecration of the New York City Sanctuary

Welcome dear chelas into the Celestial Fires of Liberty. This Cosmic Flame is the Mother of Freedom and establishing permanent Spiritual Freedom is the only reason the chelas have Presence at this time on the planet Earth.
As I draw you into my embrace this morning, "I AM" so very grateful for your physical presence at this new Sanctuary, the anchorage of the New York City Forcefield of Ascended Master Light. As you are aware, the New York City area is a Focus of ancient Light, much beyond its height as an international city in this present age. Drawn by this Mighty Light and joining me on the Etheric Realm this morning is the great Archangel Raphael. He brings the Legions of Consecration and is Anointing this building. your lifestreams and your group service with his Flame from the Sun.
Also with me this morning is the great Archaii Constance who is accelerating the group Forcefield, recharging its vitality, as she has done by her very Presence and her association with this Forcefield in previous times. And enfolding us all is the Luminous Presence of Lord Maitreya, who brings with him the Celestial Radiance of Shamballa, the Center where the Will of God is known, the Eternal City of Faith.
I thank you for understanding my direction to open this Sanctuary on this specific day, coinciding with the release of the great Powers of Shamballa. "I AM" aware that the physical Sanctuary is not yet complete, but this is a Cosmic Moment and you will understand this as I proceed. The Celestial Flame at Shamballa is the God Authority for this planet which is why it is the CENTER WHERE THE WILL OF GOD IS KNOWN, the great Planetary Three-fold Flame. As you know, the Flame that I hold before humanity is also a beautiful Three-fold Flame. This is not by happenstance, for the two Flames are part of ONE activity. And this one activity is my message today: Liberty can be granted only by True Authority and the only True God Authority for the planet is the Planetary Flame at Shamballa and the only True God Authority for each of humankind is the magnificent Three-fold Flame within the Heart. The Three-fold Flame of Liberty is an outpouring of the Three-fold Flame of God Authority, both for this planet and for each individual lifestream. The two are of one Service. Humanity will discover their True Liberty and Spiritual Freedom when they finally return the full Authority for their lifestream to the magnificent Flame within their hearts... True God Authority granting True Liberty.
Before joining you this morning, I presented myself to the God Parents and to our beloved Lord of the World and asked for a special Dispensation for this Sanctuary; that if the Forcefield were officially reconsecrated on the morning of the outpouring of Shamballa, could there be established within that Forcefield a Cosmic Flame of God Authority for the people and institutions of New York City (including the United Nations) granting a greater feeling of Spiritual Liberty than had been personally earned, because of the Constancy of Service of the Sanctuary in New York City? And the answer was YES, with the Hope that true Spiritual Freedom could grow strong within this great metropolis. I know I can trust this dedicated group to provide the energy from your realm to help fulfill this dispensation. We shall work together hand in hand, heart in heart. And Beloved Lord Maitreya joins us with his Aura enfolding both the Focus of Shamballa and the Focus here in New York City in One Celestial Outpouring of Love, Wisdom and Power... True God Authority granting Liberty and Spiritual Freedom to a Consecrated People.
I ask you to feel your Consecration, your Constancy in returning the full Authority of your lifestream back to the magnificent Consciousness of God anchored within you. For as I hold high the Flame of Liberty before the eyes all humanity, "I AM" so desirous of a Consecrated, Constant outpouring of that Flame of Liberty within this Focus here in New York City, represented outwardly by the magnificently restored Statue of Liberty in the harbor. I want to be able to take each of your Flames and hold it high within my Torch of Liberty as a perfect example of Liberty through an embodied soul.
Could I hold you up as an example of Spiritual Liberty before the world? I would likewise take this Sanctuary Forcefield and hold it before New York City so that all may look, listen and know that a Flaming, Vibrant, Spiritual Focus of Liberty is truly anchored in this metropolis. In the decades and centuries past when humankind came to this land of Liberty, they saw me holding high their hopes for a new found Freedom. Now you must do likewise! You must be a walking, breathing embodied Flame of Liberty, holding high the Truth and the Hope for all humanity that if they gave back Authority to the God Flame, they too shall find their permanent Freedom... more than a land of Freedom, more than a political Freedom, an eternal Spiritual Freedom in consciousness. The human consciousness has NO real authority and can create only a false liberty, which is license. Humanity is realizing this and searches for a torch held high, Lighting the Way to a place of Freedom for all the Earth. Will you assist me in providing that Living, Vibrant Torch, embodying it for all to see?
Dear hearts, that I might open your eyes this morning to the Celestial Splendor in the Etheric Realms. As the physical restoration of the Statue of Liberty proceeds, looking forward to a glorious celebration of Freedom next Fourth of July, let us realize that this is but an outer focus of a Great Cosmic Energy that is anchored here, assisted by your Consecrated Service. I feel your renewed Consecration and your Vow to return Authority to your lifestream to the Three-fold Flame. Together we shall build a magnificent anchorage of the Cosmic Forcefield here in New York City for the Blessing of all its environs and of the entire planet.
