"I AM" a happy Being this evening and "I AM" accompanied in my happiness by countless Legions of the Angels of God's Will, Lord Sirius, Beloved Micah and others of the Spiritual Hierarchy from the Complex over Washington.

Tonight we shall be leisurely, for we have time together, you and I (unascended and Ascended), to heal this government focus here in Washington, the principal focus for Divine government manifesting on the Earth plane. I shall begin by offering you the gift of my Ascended Master Radiation, reaching out to claim every cell, atom and electron in this Holy Sanctuary.

I know each of you have, from time to time, envisioned what it would be like to physically sit at the feet of a Master, taking one of those trips that people write about, the trip of a lifetime and actually come face to face with the Master, in some far away place. Well, because of your service and fidelity, I have come to you! and "I AM" here more often than you know.

I reach out with my Heart Flame, the Flaming Presence of the Will of God in Action and I hold you in its Presence, until my electronic imprint dances within your Threefold Flame, through your four lower vehicles, the happy dance of one-pointed service in God Consciousness. There, I saved you one long trip!

I have called you here today, on Memorial Day, the official Memorial Day (as it was voted to be in Congress, for I was present).

What memorial do we serve this night? We memorialize the fact that this country was founded in great Light through the great Souls collected together in that embodiment (the Founding Fathers), when the foundation for Divine Government was anchored! Never before, since the heights of Atlantis, have the seeds of Divine Government come so close to fruition. And what did these great Beings anchor? Divine Principles of the One Great Law of Life, upon which Divine Government is founded. These Principles have sometimes been lost in the mire of human creation that has been focused upon Washington (and of that you know a great deal).

But nonetheless, the foundation for Divine Government is here and growing ever stronger. This Memorial Day, we of the Ascended Realms give credit to you, our co-servers in embodiment, that you presently anchor the Divine Principles as given forth now by the Spiritual Hierarchy and focus these Divine Principles as Sacred Fire, here in Washington in the outer Temple of Divine Government.

Oh yes, the actual governmental buildings themselves, especially along the Mall, the monuments, the museums (containing the records of humanity's greatest achievements and the heritage of all generations), outpicture a Temple designed long ago (that had been anchored several times before on the planet Earth), brought back and anchored through the memories of the Founding Fathers and those who have followed in their footsteps, adhering to the Will of God.

All the Principles of the God Head have a special point of anchorage in this City of Temples, some recognizable on the outer, some not. And into these foci do you channel the Sacred Rays and Flames to sustain the progress toward Divine Government.

Now besides this being Memorial Day, it is also the day of Healing (Thursday). Let us attune ourselves now to the Healing classes at Shamballa, to the Focus of Lady Mercedes of the Seventh Ray in Santo Domingo, and to all the Healing energies given off around this planet. Our 'patient' this evening is Washington and the government of the United States of America, as an example of establishing Divine Government on this planet. Let us review again what Divine Government is. Beloved Micah is with us this evening that we might feel his Reality of Divine Government.

Divine Government is the bringing together of the people, their Divinely inspired intentions for ruling their own lives, having full control over their own lives, as God intended in the beginning, and the will to be responsible for themselves; but bringing that personal will and bending its knee to the good of the whole, as always was intended by God in the correct use of free will.

And thus the government is the body of the nation outpicturing its collective will, individual will bending to the will of the whole, as we do in the Ascended and Cosmic Realms. The 'Whole' that we serve is growing ever larger, encompassing more and more Perfection; the Great Universal "I AM". You know that America is a name meaning 'I AM Race', and the Nation is intended to outpicture our ways of living and Our organization in the Ascended Realms of "I AM".

Visualize if you will, the body of the United States of America where all people who reside in the United States of America represent one cell in this body. Some represent the heart cells, some the brain cells, some the lungs breathing Holy Spirit and Prana into this body, some the hands that do the work, some the feet that take it along its Divine Path and some are the shoulders that bear the weight of this nation. Let us offer this body to our Father-Mother God, Helios and Vesta, the greatest Healers known in this Universe.

Together with all the Spiritual Hierarchy dedicated to Healing, we focus Healing Rays into this Divine Body made up of cells representing the Divine Intention, note the Divine Intention, of each one (the Will of their "I AM" Presence). We this body now in the Diamond Heart of "I AM" Consciousness, in the Healing Rays of our Father-Mother God. And those who serve here in Washington in Government, representing the Divine Will of the members of the country, shall now become alive, alert and actively aware of that Divine Will. All those differing viewpoints of the country that lobby in Washington shall feel a powerful heart call from a Healed body that says ”bend the knee of your individual will to the good of the whole" until the nation functions in Unity. Eventually all nations, likewise secure in their own Unity, can bend their knee to the good of the whole of this planet, in international Divine Government.

This is what we teach and train at Darjeeling, though we wish to outpicture it here in Washington, as one shining example on this planet. You can see how a democracy, run truly as a free democracy is the only way ever to effect Divine Government, for it must recognize first the individual Divine Gift of free will given by our Father-Mother God and then the Love Nature of Brotherhood which, embodied through each, will then bend the knee of that individual will to the good of the whole.

I know more than you realize how each of you do that for the good of the whole of this Sanctuary. I see the personalities embodied in this Sanctuary, as it is with most Sanctuaries around this planet and how you bend the knee of your individual intention for the good of the whole. Truly are you servers of the New Age, not just the thinkers or the aspirants of the New Age, but the servers and the 'doers' and that is why you have my Heart in your midst at all times, the Diamond Heart of God's Perfect Will... (pause).

I pause that you might feel my Love, every aspect of my Ascended Master Consciousness anchored in this room spiraling out to cover this outer Temple of Divine Government, as you do in your visualizations. We see those important foci; the White House filled with Cosmic Christ Purity, the Capital Building filled with the Golden Consciousness of Liberation and Understanding, the Washington Monument - a mighty Pillar of Freedom's Holy Light, the Supreme Court Building in the Aquamarine of Mercy and Compassion and the Violet of Lady Portia and the Mall, the beautiful Green of the Mall, let us add that as a Focus of Healing, radiating out to all those who congregate in and around the Mall and the governmental buildings.

I ask you to feel a beautiful Violet Lotus of Amida Buddha, (a Being I have bowed before many times in my long search for Liberation), encompassing Washington in powerful currents of Spiritual Freedom. "I AM" a student of the East and I encourage you to know this Being well.

Let us feel that in this beautiful Violet Lotus of Mercy and Compassion, all the hardness, all the competition, all the fear, all the greed and all the negativity focused into Washington is Transmuted from this 'patient' of ours until all imperfection is released from every cell, every limb, every organ and especially from its heart and brain and it reawakens as the great Body of Light it truly is, outpicturing the "I AM" Race here in America, throughout all the Americas and eventually throughout the planet.

Speaking of the Theme and Thoughtform of this year, the efforts at reconciliation so bravely forwarded by the current President is an important aspect of this year (which absolutely had to happen in this year of the enfolding Compassion of the Amida Buddha) to remove from the atmosphere of the Earth all those deeply embedded scars. Reconciliation is part of Mercy and Forgiveness. Oh I know so well those who say "do not forget". I say rather, "focus your eyes on the Light" and in that Light is only the Perfection all of us should have remembered from the beginning.

It is unfortunate that those who cling to the scars for the sake of it not happening again (the wars and travesties played among humankind), trap their very loved ones who suffered and died during those travesties from going forward into the Light. Some are still trapped in those astral scars, at various points around the planet.

You students of the Ascended Masters know this well! If you grieve over a loved one, over their loss, you hold back their onward progress into the Light and so it is with some of the great travesties that have played out their karma on the planet Earth. That is why it is so important to forgive, forgive, forgive and let go, focusing your attention on the Light. The Light never forgets that which is perfect for each and every one around this planet and that which shall never happen again. The expansion of the Light continues to bring 'mud up from the bottom' in the purification of humanity's consciousness but I ask you and all you can influence to focus only on the Light! And progress will quicken, I can assure you!

Before I leave you this evening I ask you to feel again the enfolding Nature of Beloved Micah, the Angel of Unity, and of the Power of Lord Sirius who takes you in the Palm of his hand and raises you up to the Throne of the Father-Mother God as an example of true chelaship on this planet, anchoring the Sacred Fire into the outer Temple of Divine Government, as it manifests slowly but surely into this Sacred City of Light.

I leave you in the Diamond Heart of my own Consciousness. Like a mighty dynamo of Light, I ask that it forever uplift your spirits, ever uplift your mind, ever uplift your focus into the Light, for in that Light of "I AM" CONSCIOUSNESS is every gift each of you could ever desire for your forward progress into the Light.
