Invocation:

Oh Thou Mighty Cosmic Flame of "I AM", the Seven Fold Flame of God Perfection to the planet, upon Thy Powers we now call for the manifestation and completion of the Permanent Age of Spiritual Freedom for the Earth. We desire Oneness with Thee, as we call to the Seven Mighty Elohim, Devas, Builders and Silent Watchers of Form, who are One with the Mind of God; to the Seven Archangels, the Seven Sources of God Perfection around the Heart of the Almighty; to Lord Gautama and the Planetary Authority for Precipitation from Shamballa; to Lord Maitreya and the Precipitating Powers of God Perfection within the entire Great White Brotherhood, their Retreats and their Brotherhoods; to the Great Maha Chohan and the Seven Lord Chohans, representing Love's Magnetic Powers within Holy Spirit and to Lord Lanto and the Flame of Precipitation and Reverence for Life at the Royal Teton.

Consecration;

Decree No. 1-01 (feeling consecrated to becoming the vehicle which precipitates all we require! desire to fulfill God's Will for the New Age, this Activity and for our Lifestream individually... the Vehicle of the New Age).

SHORT VISUALIZATION (TO MUSIC):

Anchoring ourselves in the Christ Flame, the "I AM" Presence and Planetary Flame and Authority of Shamballa; the source of all Power and Perfection. Through the Harmony of our True Being shall come the manifestation of all that we desire.

SING:

"I AM" the One (No. 86) ("I AM" — the ONE - the ONE "I AM" - who will bring all God Perfection to this planet).

VISUALIZATION (TO MUSIC):

A spiraling fountain of the Seven Rays in perfect balance — visualize this fountain manifesting before you, containing all the God Qualities of Perfection... know that this is ours to experience now, without the need of 'form' (or material things) to prove it or waiting for ’time' to pass... that this experience of balanced Perfection is ours to enjoy NOW by blending in consciousness with the Seven Fold Flame of Perfection! ...and if we can experience PERFECTION IN CONSCIOUSNESS, the Law will then attract to us all the supply and opportunity, every right person and circumstance for our complete success in manifesting THAT. Our training is to master knowing and living, that all this Perfection IS OURS, even before any outer manifestation - thus clearing the way for the manifestation by the magnetic action of the Great Law of Love.

See, feel and know that all you specifically require is within the Flame you have called forth, in its essence, and if we do not trap it in our own expectations of 'form' or 'time', it will be revealed to us in God's own way by the action of the Law of Cause and Effect. (see "Steps to Reality" Page 38 - Book of Ceremony)

DECREES:

No. 2-O1, 2-O2 (standing) to seal this Seven Fold Flame we have manifested upon our 'altar' (our Precipitation), in Protection and Purity.

ELOHIM CHANT:

Page 24 - Book of Ceremony (With as much or as little visualization as the Director desires. Reverse the Sixth and Seventh Ray order. Also done standing so as to feel yourself as a Director of Light Rays from the Seven Elohim into our Seven Fold Flame which contains in itself, all that we require . Feel the Light of the Seven Elohim blazing through your heart, throat, head and hands, projected into our invoked Seven Fold Flame).

DECREES:

No. 3-01, 3-08 (seated) 3-07 (standing) — again, as Directors of Light into our Flame upon the Altar.

VISUALIZATION (MUSIC):

Ceremony of calling on each of the Seven Rays individually in visualization (again reversing the Sixth and Seventh Ray so as to seal the precipitation in Peace).

Visualize the Light, Love and Peace we have just called forth entering into our precipitation which manifests only as a Seven Fold Flame of Balanced Completion. Each Ray is invoked on a short burst of powerful music with a softer music interlude between each Ray. (e.g. the opening crescendo of "Entrance of the Gods into Valhalla" by Wagner found on the Keynote tape of any year, can be repeated seven times... to invite and invoke each Ray; with a short interlude of soft music between each, to focus and concentrate, project and sustain these Sacred Rays into our precipitation... all done at the discretion and invocation of the Director and available music and recording machinery).

The visualization finishes with soft music to anchor the Peace which will sustain our momentum of knowing, living and being this experience of Perfection, of supply and every good and perfect thing we require now. Know that you need not wait on time or form (the material plane) to experience ONENESS with God Qualities of Peace, Serenity and Freedom; yet in establishing the right vibratory action on the inner (thoughts and feelings) these things will be attracted to us and will eventually manifest. In the meantime, we have what we want most of all - the experience of God in Consciousness here and now!

No. 50 or 51 or another song of Peace (standing - expanding the peace to include all humankind)

CLOSING and BENEDICTION:
