Greetings, Children of the Seventh Ray, Children of My Heart. I bring you blessings from the Homeland of Spiritual Freedom.

A gathering such as this is a joy in My heart, for it has been since the height of Atlantis when I last was able to come in my full Divinity to Humankind. Many of you were then there as well! For Children of the Seventh Ray have always been present when the full force of this combined love and power strikes this planet. And here we are again, together, as we are so often in the inner realms. As I do there, I embrace each of you, and all of you, individually and collectively, in my Violet Fire of Freedom's Love.

Let me remind each of us that today is a Holy Day in the Spiritual Calendar. Today is the full moon of ASALA and there is a wonderful surprise this night of the full moon, for as Lord Maitreya shall deliver the original Sermon (of Lord Gautama) before the Great White Brotherhood and their Chelas, near His Himalayan Focus, the Luminous Presence of Amida Buddha shall enter the Earth's atmosphere and shall grow strong, culminating in His presence before you tomorrow morning.

And you shall present a gift to the Spiritual Hierarchy. For it has been allowed by Lord Maitreya that the Presentation given here of the WESAK FESTIVAL, which has been recorded on Akashic Substance, shall be presented to the Great White Brotherhood in order to show Them that chelas of the Western World are so closely aligned with Their personal work and efforts for the Race of Humanity that the chelas become literally one with Them. And at the behest of Lord Kuthumi, the Children's Presentation will be given to the Hierarchy as well. You will have some Audience this evening! It is an evening We all look forward to in the Spiritual Hierarchy.

I represent an aspect of the Feeling Nature of Life, sometimes called the Divine Mother Principle. You also know the feeling nature of Life as the Holy Spirit, and "I AM" here to remind you THAT THE SEVENTH RAY IS THE FULL HARVEST OF HOLY SPIRIT from the preceding six rays, and as the seventh sphere pulsates so close to the vibratory action of humankind and it is bursting with the gifts that prove to man the glory that God has for them that have faith. The Glory of The Holy Spirit shall be made manifest through the feeling nature of humanity, particularly through the chelas so trained by the years of service to Holy Spirit, and the feminine nature of Living Love.

There was a great service done this day for Central and South America and the Seventh Root Race, and for this I and My Beloved are very grateful. I wish for you to see with Me the very fertile field of consciousness here in Latin America, where the seeds of Freedom shall grow and wax strong into manifestation through the feeling activity of life.

But this powerful feeling nature needs guidance and illumination, else great imbalance could ensue, and lo, what does the Father of All Life place in the middle of this fertile field of consciousness, but THE MIGHTY MERU GODS  the major focus of Illumination and Guidance for The New Age. Oh, feel the blessings of God and Goddess Meru — mixing their golden vibration with the tremendous violet aura that you have created around the Americas and around this entire planet.

I ask you to call to Them often, and the Brothers of Meru, to charge these Illumination Rays into the mighty feeling nature of the Latin Peoples, ¾ so that their tremendously powerful feeling nature shall have the Supreme Guidance of the New Age and draw forth the nature of their own Christus. And through these combined efforts you shall see manifest the glory that you each enjoy so frequently in the inner realms with God and Goddess Meru; with Lord Saithrhu and Myself.

We simply ask you to live that glory in your outer world. We depend on you to make this so real in your own feeling world guided by the balance of your own Christus to have the living examples, the living leaders, among the Latin Peoples. For the Christ has always walked among the people, and you are the Christ in action; representatives of the Seventh Ray of Spiritual Freedom, the freedom of the feeling nature of life, — disciples of Holy Spirit. And through you, I might bless all these, My children, and through your guidance and illumination may God and Goddess Meru reach their Root Race as well, for there is a Divine Balance that must ensue in the coming to the fore of the Sixth and Seventh Root Races, the combined qualities of Illumination and Spiritual Freedom.

I feel as a Mother before Her Children, and I love you each so dearly. And let Me assure you that in the service of the Consecration of the Children I shall be tangibly present through the vehicles of the Officiant to set these children straight upon the Path of Illumination and Freedom.
