Beloved Kuthumi
Given to a group of chelas at the Peace Retreat of the Sixth Ray
(On the desert, under the Etheric Cities of St. John, near Tucson, Arizona)

Greetings, my beloved co-servers in physical embodiment.
I AM your elder brother, Kuthumi, who is with you in what I would call my Etheric Light Vehicles. They are vehicles at my command where I can draw close to the physical plane, and yet remain completely untouched by anything that is less than the Perfect Vibration. Other times, I am in my Fiery Ascended Light Vehicles, which does not permit me to draw close to the actual physical realm.
I often like to bask with my co-server John the Beloved, in the Light here in Arizona... it reminds me of Kashmir, for when I would walk out of my home on the physical planet at the location the air was as it is here, stilled and cool after a hot dusty day, where the only light is a reflection of a thousand Gods and Goddesses through the various stars and planetary systems... the raiment of our Father-Mother God.
I was with you earlier in the sanctuary here during the organ recital, which is why you were asked to continue, for it's a very stilling, peaceful vibration. This is why I have one in my own personal sanctuary, as does beloved El Morya. The Angels gather up that energy and beloved Æoael has many such Angels of Peace in her Cosmic Service. I would ask you contemplate the nature of this Cosmic Goddess, who is a powerful feminine Being who has freedom to sojourn between Helios and Vesta and Alpha and Omega for her Cosmic Momentum of Peace has been built through several galaxies in evolution.
The Flame of Peace very much needs a solid anchorage in the physical foundation of John The Beloved's focus here in Arizona... as he brings to full fruition all of the perfection and original intent of the Sixth Ray; the full completion of the Divinity of the Christian Era. For only on that footing can the Seventh Ray Dispensation really take hold on the physical plane. As you are aware, the Flame of Peace is anchored in many locations on this planet, but rarely has Beloved Æoael been so active in service to this planet...
I suppose it is fair to say that rarely has she turned her attention so specifically to this planet. I would ask that you contemplate the service of Beloved Surya, and the Cosmic Flame of Peace that is anchored at Suva in the South Pacific and remember in the days, months and years to come, the Flame of Peace has always been a source of Protection. And as you have been told the great Elemental Storms can rage in the South Pacific, but they do not touch the Island where is located that Cosmic Momentum of Peace; rather the Elementals bow to that Flame and pass it by, even during a so-called angry storm.
Tomorrow is the Feast of Pentecost, and if you could see the preparation of the Brotherhood for a worldwide blessing, where our Beloved Holy Æolus and our gracious Lord Maha Chohan Paul, will take this dear planet and hold it to the bosom of the Cosmic Dove of Comfort, the Cosmic Essence of Holy Spirit. Today a tremendous purification is enveloping the planet, making it more able to receive the blessings that shall come forth for a full twenty-four hour period. And I ask you to be aware that when you go to sleep tonight, to be conscious of the final stages of preparation, purification, alignment and balance... for the gifts and the outpourings tomorrow, starting with the early class, and the Benediction of the Holy Spirit, and Feast of Pentecost, sharing that blessing with the Convocation, and then ending with the powerful ceremonies that shall unfold tomorrow evening.
The Peace that is in the land here is a joy to behold even in my etheric vehicles. For these deserts, here in the Southwest States, are one of the places on this planet where the actual union of etheric and physical vibration is taking place. In this vibration is the anchorage of these Etheric Cities of John, the Beloved. This Master has drawn himself up into the full perfection the Master Jesus had known even at the height of his Chohanship of the Sixth Ray.
This we all celebrate in the Heavenly Realms — this evolution of our beloved friend John. Like many of us he has had the opportunity to be under the tutelage of my gracious Guru, Lord Maitreya/Divino, the Buddha, whose magnificence is yet difficult for me to fathom in its totality, so great is his Light. And yet he tells me I AM doing fine. You might remember that his Temple in the Sun is opened during this Zodiacal Period, and it will be a very auspicious time in the Earth's evolution, As you are aware, others expect great things during this Zodiacal Sign, especially during the full moon in June when Lord Maitreya/Divino will be blazing his radiation out of the Sun from his Temple, whose quality is the Christ Man working through personality.
And I might ask that while the Oracles and others are in Uxmal, that you here tune in as much as possible and anchor the Flame of Peace in conjunction with that visit to the Temple of the Sun during the outpouring of Lord Maitreya/Divino's Temple in the ascendency of this cycle of the full moon. And you need not know any more than that (intellectually).
The Flame of Peace will do much to see that the gift is anchored as deeply as possible in the hearts of all humanity. I would ask you again that as you tune in to the Flame of Peace here, that you coordinate it with the Flame of Peace as it is anchored around the planet in various places including, of course, the Focus of our gracious La Morae, and the Cosmic quality of Harmony.
As I sojourn here with you, I'm sure now you have the feeling of what it's like to continually be in the Ascended Realms of Peace, where seemingly nothing of a negative nature could ever disturb this Light. If you could carry this momentum eternally, not only within the electronic pattern of your Presence (which for you and all humankind is continually in the Ascended State) but as well through your set of four lower vehicles, you can anchor the same radiation into this planet as the Beloved Master Jesus did... a set of lower vehicles that are so attuned to the Flame of Peace... truly will you build here in the Desert an electronic imprint into the planet, that for the entire 2,000 year cycle of Saint Germain will stand as a monument of Light in the Cities of John, the Beloved; just as now people visit and feel the radiation of the Holy land, where the Christed Master walked and talked and performed his miracles (most of which represented his full anchorage of the Cosmic Flame of Peace).
And yes, as you have been doing, anchor it into the entire body of the Group Avatar, through its Heart Center which is The New Age Church of The Christ centered at Shamballa. Blaze it through the bloodstream, pumping it through this Group Avatar even in its embryonic stage of early formation, taking shape, stretching and growing from time to time, connecting its various parts, first on the Inner Planes, and then on the outer.
And as you have all discussed, KNOW that the ties of radiation, vibration, and consciousness are all that are necessary to insure the victory of the Group Avatar in this union of its various components. The outer personalities, the outer knowledge, are secondary in importance. It's truly your gift into this larger body, this Cosmic Flame of Peace, anchored through this Sixth Ray Focus of John, our Beloved Chohan.
I, as a World Teacher, have many of my teachers focused here, and as well through the schools that will ensue for the training of the masses. Oh, such education has to be anchored in Peace, for that is the true basis of all education, the acceptance of Eternal Truth, measured only against the Peace that it brings. There can be no other measurement for what is Truth, and that is the first thing that must be taught, even to young children.
Oh, I would stay this evening with you, for I have enjoyed this sojourn. Now I AM called, by my ongoing eternal service to Beloved Lord Divino, Lord Gautama, Sanat Kumara and the Charge which they have placed in my keeping of fulfilling the Office of World Teacher. So off I go and I bless you this night and may the gracious Benediction of the Cosmic Holy Spirit through our Lord Maha Chohan be with you tomorrow, so that you will truly know the gifts of Grace and the Peace of Holy Spirit. The Saguaro Cactus, which is so abundant in the area in which the Peace Retreat is located, is performing a specific Divine Function. They are anchoring Light from the Etheric Cities of St. John into the physical realm of the planet Earth. The general area of this activity might be known as "The Saguaro National Monument (West area). Here are specific elementals designed to be the anchorage points of massive amounts of energy — LIGHT!
