What a joy it is to me to be in the midst of the children of Earth who are filled with such love, love of all of their beings; to step into a forcefield like this is like a Host of Angels kneeling at the Throne of the Almighty and giving gratitude for having the privilege of serving, and as one kneels before the Divine Principle of Life so do all because you have been told so many times, we are all ONE. Come into my Star, if you wish. I use the word "Star" because it is a symbol so close to my Being, and most of you know that I have placed a Star into each of your auras and at any time when you wish to enlarge that Star and stand within it, please know that you are enfolded in the Love of my Being.

Of course, you are at all times, but just as one strikes a note on a piano, you send out a tone into the Universe and then that tune is repeated and repeated and repeated, the expansion of that Light goes forth from this Planet signifying to all the other Stars in this system that at last this sweet Earth is emitting enough Light to join with the other planets, through their cooperation, to fulfill the Divine Plan of the Cosmos.

You have heard many times, but I wish to repeat... I came here eons ago to help save this dear Earth from dissolution, and I say humbly that it is the children of the Light who have enabled me to continue that service. Many of you have come from other planets, saying in love: "We must save this sweet Earth," and to come to the hour when we see the Light expanded that we know that the mission of the movements of all the planets may take place in safety, without catastrophic action (which not long ago we thought might be necessary) because the Divine Plan is in a precise manner moving forward, and you can be proud of this dear Star so close to the heart of our Ascended Master, Lord and King Saint Germain.

Feel, feel my love for all life... but I am directing it especially to you, for you on this sweet Island (the Dominican Republic) are the very heart of love, cooperating with the Spiritual Hierarchy, and especially Lord Saithrhu and Lady Mercedes, to bring forth the illumined children of the Seventh Root Race.

Beloved Lady Mercedes is hostess this evening in her Temple to the Holy Mother Mary, who has held the Divine Concept all through the centuries and she shall continue so to do until every lifestream fulfills the Divine Pattern, emitting the tone of their beings to add to the Symphony of the Universe. Oh, maybe some of you can hear the Host of Angels singing this evening, singing the most exquisite songs, some of which have not yet been released to this Planet, but any harmony of tones can blend with the greater forming the beautiful, beautiful music — music of this Planet.

Permit me to be personal... but the blessed ladies who are carrying within their bodies children of the Seventh Root Race, not only those here present, are receiving a particular blessing this evening.

Let us bow to the beautiful dedication of these ladies. Take a moment and send a prayer Heavenward for their protection...

We feel very encouraged that Lord Michael spoke yesterday, and he and Lady Astraea have not wasted a second and have gone into action, expanded action to protect all life on this Planet, bringing about the Divine Plan for those who are bound in the chains of their own making. Hail to Michael, mighty Archangel of Faith and Protection! — and to our glorious Astraea, Lady of Purity...

Whenever I pause it is to give you an opportunity to send a call from your heart in appreciation for their service... I can say that blessed are you who are fulfilling the Divine Plan for your own lifestream, and my heart is filled with happiness to have the divine privilege of being the Enfolding Spirit of this year. You also know at this time that I am serving in the capacity of the Cosmic Christ, and as the Christ Light within you expands I will lend all the momentum of my Being to help you, to not only attain but maintain that exalted state of consciousness for the remainder of your stay on Earth.

Of course, you know the next step will be the Buddhic Consciousness, and the mighty Lord Divino awaits the call always for an earnest heart to send their attention to him; as they do so their consciousness is raised and as a result they gladly serve in greater capacity.

Now the Christ Consciousness is not attained or sustained by STRAINING in any way. It is a natural activity of harmony and the balance of the Middle Way, and our great Lord of the World Gautama is the greatest example of The Middle Way. His love is so great I could not even begin to tell you how much he loves you, and even at this moment at Shamballa, he is sending forth all the love of his Being, not only to touch the Immortal Flame within your hearts... but in the hearts of all humanity.

Again, I say there is no favoritism... if you love one part of life, you send that love to all and whether they feel it or not, it does add and give assistance to them to be in tune with the Immortal Three-fold Flame within their hearts. There is not one soul on this planet tonight who is not being bathed, who is not being filled with the Light of The Almighty... for what benefits one, benefits all. The capacity with which the Light expands depends upon the sincerity of the chela.

Oh, children, children, how I love you and you have made my heart and that of my beloved Venus so very, very happy... for as a result of this Seminar, the Light has expanded to such an extent that all the Planets and Systems and our mighty Alpha and Omega, and all the Kingdoms, the Archangels, Seraphim on and on...

Those who serve in the Heavenly Realms are bowing their head and saying, "My God thou art our all", and all are turning to the consciousness which will make this Earth a brighter, shining Star in this Universe. Please remember that each of you as individual cells in the Heart of the Almighty are shining with such Light, such Light that has drawn the attention of all these Beings and you are not merely twinkling little stars but great stars travelling in the Universe and giving tremendous blessing to all the Kingdoms, and a mighty blessing to Mother Earth, the beloved Lady Virgo, who for eons has not been able to wear a garment which is the expression of her Divine Being.

Sweet Mother Earth, how we love you — and in return she says, "I'm so deeply, deeply grateful for the dedicated children who walk on the surface of this Planet which is my garment and I am grateful that as they tread, their step is much lighter and naturally all the Elementals feel the lightness and are rejoicing as each footfall sends forth a tone of harmony."
