My beloved friends of Light I, the Goddess of Truth, have come this evening for a special reason. I have very few remarks to make and I ask that you kindly be seated so that you may receive the full import of that which I have to say...

Each of you last evening appeared before the Karmic Board and I have the great privilege of telling you that you have passed your test in great honor. This past week you witnessed some of the ceremonial activity which Saint Germain has said he would introduce at the proper time. Oh, you have no idea what forms in the minds and hearts of some of the chelas as to what true ceremonial means! Listen carefully to what I have to say...

Life is a Ceremonial and we are indeed pleased you have been receptive to what the harmony and movement of the motion of the body means to your forward progress in the Light. So, I have a special blessing to give you, and if you will kindly be patient with me for a moment, I shall proceed, repeating the statement which I shall make only once because it entails too much of your time and mine, so without further ado I ask the beloved lady of Light to take the receptacle which I have brought with me so that this Special Service may begin:

"I anoint thee with the Oil of the Cosmic Flame of Truth to

carry you through on the pathway of Light into Immortality!

So it shall be, because I, the Goddess of Truth, do decree it! ”
