Musical Notes
"Even with the advancement you have made in the Light, few realize the importance of music in the alleviation of the inharmony which has befallen the humankind of this Earth, expressing in all manner of discord.
“. . .As I stated in a former release, [Musical Notes 6/78] a sonata is for one or two instruments. Witness the simile of the Higher and lower self, the two perfect instruments as created in the beginning for the expressing of God's Gifts in the physical world, and who served in unison before humanity decided he would experiment on his own—the lower self [the brain] directing, without Higher Guidance [from the etheric mind]. However. . .for a perfect performance, the lower self must vibrate with the Perfect Counterpart of The Father-Mother God, Who could create only perfection.
“Think a moment: As yet the majority of chelas are thrown off balance at the intrusion of any discordant energy which passes their way, whether directly aimed at them as the target, or as part of the effluvia coming to a Focus of Light for transmutation! When I say 'off balance’, I do not refer to mental instability, but to the fact that when one or more of the lower garments is the recipient of a vibration which is not akin to its own, the resultant radiation flowing from the set of vehicles gives off an inharmonious tone. This is elementary, but must be repeated again and again until harmonious radiation is the natural emanation from your beings.
". . .There is so much that can be accomplished through the magnificent avenue of musical expression. It has already been proven, to the outer consciousness of humanity, that music is a harmonizing agent. And when music is applied to certain conditions, a healing activity does take place. . .Now you have thought about the physical manifestation of the Sacred Fire upon this Planet, as it did in previous Golden Ages, however your present consciousness has not yet grasped the enormity of the harmonious and dedicated energy which is required—and the constancy of purpose—to accomplish this truly magnificent Blessing.
“. . .Through harmonious Radiation, the Sacred Fire Itself can be brought to visible manifestation through the dedicated Love, Constancy and Radiation of devoted chelas such as you!

The Fountain of Wisdom
"THE WISER ONE BECOMES, THE MORE SILENT IS HIS TONGUE; THE MORE PEACEFUL HIS EMOTIONAL WORLD; AND THE LESS THINKING HE DOES WITH HIS BRAIN.
“In spiritual study, the "Mirror of the Mind” has been referred to on numerous occasions. The outer mind [the physical brain] is a sensitive impressionable “plate” used as a conductor for the Divine Ideation released from God's Perfect Plan. It is the means by which the Divine Will is interpreted; and then, according to the facilities of the interpreter, it is put into physical manifestation.
The outer mind was never intended to be a generating center for independent thought processes, but really as the receiver of the impulses from the Heart Center of Creation, which the individual then utilized to fulfill his or her part in the Divine Plan . . . and the outer self was intended to merely be a conduit in the physical world to take the Divine Ideas and, through the uses of the substances of, the four elements, mold them into form.
“Because of the nature of the outer mind working through the brain, it is constantly reflecting pictures of one sort or another, because that is its natural avenue of service to the lifestream. Having lost its focus, instead of the Perfect Pictures of the Divine Self, it reflects the conglomeration of thoughts and feelings (and the written and spoken words) of other outer minds who are likewise off focus! This conglomeration of “facts and fancies” form the intellectual accretion which in an individual is referred to as a "good mind” or a "brilliant intellect". In reality it is but a trash heap for the effluvia of other ignorant, or sometimes illumined individuals!
“The mind substance fits into the brain as a hand fits into a glove. It is etheric in composition. Pure ether is crystal in substance, and the mind to become fully alert to the impressions of Divinity, must return to this crystal quality of substance.
“The “case” into which the mind is fitted is the physical brain. This is made up of the Earth substance¾the elementals of the lower octaves¾and is likewise impinged with the atomic chaos and wrong living. . .Therefore, to work eternally on the purification of the mind is to achieve great dexterity in transmitting the thoughts of Divinity into expression.”
