Blessed, beloved friends of my Heart, "I AM" so very grateful for your presence here at the Rocky Mountain Retreat, having journeyed from afar and near to receive the Instruction and Blessings which it is our privilege to release to you and to the evolutions of this Earth through the gracious Love of the Almighty! 

Before proceeding further, I bow in deep humility to the glorious Cosmic Beings who have come here from other Suns to confer with us in the preparation of plans for the remainder of this year. 

To attempt to give you a word picture of the beauty of these Cosmic Guests would require a much greater perception than that now enjoyed by the chelas. However, I ask you to visualize them as the Fairest of the Fair, with the Light shining through countenances of translucent beauty and petal-like texture! They are attired this morning in pure white garments, wearing the most exquisite amethyst in their crowns and upon their fingers of authority, giving honor and magnetization to the Violet Flame of Transmutation. 

From time to time during this Address, they will raise their right hands in Blessing to the chelas and blazing forth from the index finger, or appendage of authority, will be mighty Rays of Violet Fire which will impregnate your beings to remove the causes and cores of imperfection, to be replaced by God Illumination. Aside from the required activity of purification, this is being done through the graciousness of these Sun Gods and Goddesses so that the greater understanding of the Flame of Precipitation which has been infiltrating your consciousness, particularly during the hours while you are in the so-called sleeping state or hours of rest for the physical garment, so that God's Perfection may more quickly manifest in an expanded manner through your lower vehicles of expression! 

As you know, every Sun of a System has the privilege of using a tremendous Scepter of Authority which carries the magnetic pull for all those who are within their particular orbit, and all the planets under their specific direction receive the Plans for greater Perfection which issue from their Hearts. Those Divine Plans are externalized through the activity of the Elohimic Builders who have been given a Scepter magnetized by the Cosmic Sun of our System. 

The Scepter for each Planet is given into the keeping of the Lord of the World, or the being designated with the Authority for a particular Planet. In the case of the Earth our Beloved Lord Gautama guards and magnetizes the Scepter at the Etheric Shamballa over Long Island - to be taken into his holy hands at certain Cosmic Events. 

The Scepter of Authority which the few remaining Monarchs of certain countries on the Earth have had entrusted to them represents an investiture of authority which those crowned heads have over the peoples of their respective nations. In those countries where the Individual in authority has not attained to that position through heredity and is subject to change at varying intervals and does not have a lifetime investiture, that one holds a lesser authority over the peoples - and that is good. The time is rapidly approaching where the peoples of this Earth will realize that the Scepter of Authority for their lifestreams is held within the heart of their "I AM" Presence, who has accepted certain responsibility from the Sun of the System to which they are specifically designated! 

Many of you who have come to the Earth from other Stars carry within your beings the magnetic pull of that Sun God and Goddess, which Energy flows through your spinal column forming an anchorage of the vibratory action of that specific Star within your beings, through the Heart Center or Christ Presence. Pure Divine Love is blazing within you at all times and all of God's Energy which is released should be through the Wisdom and Power of the Almighty wearing a Mantle of that Love. 

Every constructive individual who heads the Government of his or her Nation is a channel through which the Authority of the Sun of the Planet may flow for the illumination and guidance of the peoples living upon the Planet, and receives special Rays of Light from the Presiding Silent Watcher. When a chela belongs to another planet, through agreement with the Sun of the planet upon which he is presently serving, there is a constant inflow of the magnetic power of that Sun in order that he will be compatible to the vibration of that planet, in addition to the line of force from his or her home Star! 

Speaking of the Scepter of Authority and the responsibility which the head of a Nation has, there could be no better example than that of our Beloved George Washington, who has been so lovingly referred to as the Father of his Country, the United States of America. He was chosen for this position of authority through the Illumined Obedience of his lifestream to the Will of God, and that Virtue he has in abundance, and represents in the Inner Realms! What an example he was in establishing the Principles of God in that Era when he was the President of this Country. He magnificently continued the release of Illumined Obedience to all the Children of Earth. When President, he obediently turned his consciousness over to the Father-Mother God and his lifestream was freely used to establish this Nation in dignity... and that dignity shall again come to the fore in this Beloved Land ... the Heart Center of this Planet! 

Many of you had important roles in the building of this Nation and are continuing the Precepts within your consciousness which were set by the Cosmic Law. 

While we are re-activating the Divine Principles upon which this Nation was founded and enlarging them according to the Spiritual Law, our beloved God of Obedience is rendering magnificent service to these United States and is diligently assisting the Beloved El Morya in his Plan for the Spiritual Government which can and will guide and formulate the Laws of this Land! 

I trust in the information which I have given to you regarding the Scepter of Authority that I have not become too involved in the explanation, but I have intentionally brought the foregoing to your attention to help you to more fully realize the tremendous activity which is taking place at these glorious Tetons, where the Suns of all the Systems under the Galaxy of mighty Alpha and Omega have come to bless the evolutions of the Earth! Little do the peoples of this Planet realize what is taking place at this glorious Conclave. The chelas have but a fragmentary knowledge, although I assure you your inner consciousness has been well instructed. When you think upon the magnitude of this Service to the Earth and her evolutions, the more fully you will enter the Cosmic Consciousness, and the more humble you will become! 

These glorious cosmic guests have naturally stepped down their intense Light so that you could receive the beneficence of their Radiation as the great Blessings are released! 

Further contemplation will show you that the Love of following the Divine Plan is always uppermost in their Consciousness and of all who abide in Heaven's Realms. These mighty Beings of Love who are Emissaries of the great Alpha and Omega have come to assist their Confreres, Beloved Helios and Vesta, in the process of bringing the Earth into perfect alignment through the straightening of the axis which has been gradually taking place, but which is not as yet in its true vertical position! Further, the Will of the Father-Mother God is obedience to the Cosmic Law and these majestic Beings are embodied Obedience. 

Beloved of my Heart, I know you are all interested in learning if more Petitions have been granted by those great Lords of Loving Wisdom, the mighty Karmic Board. Yes, many have been given approval but the one I wish to bring to your attention is that presented by Beloved Mother Mary! 

Holy Mary, in her gentle dignity, made an impassioned Plea to the Lords of Karma on behalf of the incoming children and those in embodiment. Her Petition was so magnificent and full of a Mother's Love that the following Dispensation was granted* 

"All children coming into embodiment this year, and all in embodiment up to and including eighteen (18) years of age, will have fifty percent (50%) of their remaining karma transmuted in order to assist them to more quickly express the Christ Presence upon this Earth.

Those waiting at the Gates of Birth will come in with more purified etheric vehicles, as you can well realize, and those already in embodiment on Earth will be able to advance rapidly on the Path of Light, for their more purified vehicles will be receptive to the inflow of Spiritual Instruction which is being released to them by their Heavenly Sponsors, through the accelerated Instruction being given their inner vehicles!" 

There is great rejoicing in the Hearts of all the Spiritual Hierarchy as a result of this Dispensation and Beloved Kuthumi is particularly jubilant, and certainly Beloved Jesus knows the Quality of his Mother's Love. No one in Heaven's Realms could have presented this Petition in the true expression of Divine Love as did the beautiful lady, Mother Mary! 

Now, blessed ones, you know that every Dispensation granted has to receive a balance of energy from those in the Inner Realms who have presented the Plea, as well as from those on Earth who have volunteered their energies toward that accomplishment. It is hoped that all the chelas will participate by making calls for the God Protection and Illumination of these blessed ones - for you well know that no matter how clean and pure the lower vehicles of the individual in embodiment, while the freewill is still acting, additional karma of a destructive nature can be made. Anyone walking the plane of Earth is subject to this and I entreat you to call for these blessed children daily. 

Ah, my so dear friends, how can I tell you how much I love you and what your allegiance to the Cause of Spiritual Freedom means to me? I shall have to trust that my enfolding radiation will prove to you, in part, that I love you, each dear one, and that I depend so much upon you to expand the Light of this Sweet Earth which I hold close to the Heart of my being at all times. 

God bless you, each beloved one, and enfolding you with that Holy Anointing which is embodied in Pure Divine Love.
