Cuts all life free with Love's Sword of Blue.

And service rendered for Love alone;

 Summer Conference of the

July 6, 1969 

Children of the Light, as you have turned your attention toward my Presence; your upreaching consciousness has formed a mighty triangle, and through my attention in your direction has formed a descending triangle. As the two have merged, a glorious Star of Pure White Light has externalized over this Meeting Place, and it is from this Star that I speak to you. 

As the Star of Bethlehem was the beckoning Light which drew the Wise Men and shepherds alike, this Star in which I stand shall from this day forward be a Permanent Beacon to magnetize all the lifestreams upon this Earth to the One Supreme Source of all life, the Focus of which is in every beating heart. Wherever I move in my Cosmic Service to the evolutions of this Planet, this Star will be a pulsating magnet to draw all life into Union with the Divine. 

A Star has been used as a symbol of attainment through the ages, and as the Guardian Presence of The Bridge to Freedom, I have chosen this Symbol to signify the Goal of Victory in the Light for the Earth's evolutions. You know that a Star denotes excellence and I believe it to be a most fitting talisman for the Angel of Unity. 

"I AM" this day energizing the Flame of Unity in the consciousness of the Spiritual Leaders of all Faiths, to assist them in resolving the religious and moral upheavals presenting themselves on the screen of life. This can be accomplished on the common ground of Spiritual Unity, permitting the Holy Spirit of each lifestream to enter into and become a part of the One Cosmic Consciousness. The Cosmic Note of Unity has sounded and the Chord of Oneness for all life is permeating the consciousness of all upon this Planet - for the day has passed when any one Denomination can stand alone, feeling it is sufficient unto itself! 

As in the case of the Seventh Ray Dispensation, the Father-Mother God send forth their Blessings to all life and there will be diverse ways of Spiritual Expression throughout the Planet, but no one denomination can issue the fiat that it is through that avenue alone that you may see God, for all shall become pure in spirit and in that Purity is the Holy Spirit of the Almighty! All the Spiritual Essence emanates from the One Source and the closer each lifestream comes to unity with the Christ Presence within will he enter more deeply into the Cosmic Consciousness! 

During this year when Beloved El Morya is One of the Sponsors, a tremendous release of the Flame of God's Will is being felt by the peoples of this Earth, and through following God's Will shall man be raised to the consciousness which provides the way and means of meeting the challenges which confront him, for in that consciousness of Divine Mind, God's Plan is more clearly discerned. 

Oh Supreme Source of all Life I, Micah, reach into the Cosmic Heart of Unity and draw forth and release an accelerated activity of that Flame into the consciousness of mankind to assist all men of the many nations and religions to enter into the Cosmic Pulsation of Tolerance and become imbued with the feeling of understanding and respect for the life within his fellow traveler. 

In my Service as the Angel of Unity, it is my responsibility to again direct your attention to the fact that you have been designated as the Shepherds of the Race, and it is for this reason, among others, that we, the Spiritual Hierarchy, are presenting in simple, readily understandable terms, the way and means by which you can become, in fact, the true representatives of the Spiritual Hierarchy to guide the masses to their Spiritual Freedom through understanding the Laws of Life as we have presented them through the years - verily through the ages. 

Consider yourself a simple Shepherd who is looking after his flock and who lovingly watches over those in his care and keeps them in the fold by that love - that fold in this case representing the directing and encompassing radiation of the Christ. The true Shepherd, the teacher or representative, is embodied Harmony, always clothing his directives in the Flame of Balance - of Love, Wisdom and Power! 

It is essential that all our chosen Representatives be cognizant that understanding and tolerance are Gifts of the Spirit of God and through their beneficent radiation can overcome what appear to be overwhelming discrepancies of thought and feeling, expressing in their own consciousness or in any part of life. The man who embraces the Tenet of "I AM" my Brother's Keeper has taken a great step forward in his own spiritual unfoldment. 

Those manifestations on the Earth at the present time which seem to be crises can result in positive or constructive manifestation through understanding and harmonious discussion toward reconciliation of divergent viewpoints. Great Good will come for those individuals in places of secular and spiritual authority who are being forced to find the underlying causes of the prevalent dissent, and through this 'probing' they will discover that the only lasting solutions are evolved from the Spirit of God within. 

Permit me to use the simple object of an hourglass to illustrate a truth. Place that picture before your consciousness and you will see that it takes but the reversal or changing of the position of the glass for the sands which are in the lower portion to be raised and again make their journey into the lower section. 

When each Spiritual Spark came into individualization, it began to fill its lower vehicles with Perfection and the sands in his glass, which represent the electrons in his vehicles, were shining little beings as God created them. 

The Hand of the Cosmic Law inverts the glass at certain intervals, or journeys, upon this Earth and again fills the consciousness with the Plan of Perfection during the sojourn in the Inner Realms between embodiments. An opportunity is again given to fill the lower vessel (the emotional, mental, etheric and physical bodies) with the Perfection of the Higher Self which once expressed through that lifestream. 

If, through misqualification of God's Energy some of the elements which make up the lower garments have been clouded with negation, the wise chela in his more illumined consciousness allows the Christ within to fill the lower portion of his 'glass' with the Sacred Fire of Transmutation and Purification. As the consciousness in the upper portion making gradual descent into the lower section is impregnated with the God Perfection of the Higher Self and the lower part of the glass is filled with the Sacred Fire of Transmutation and Purification, all the electrons and components of the lower vehicles will be restored to that God Perfection. 

Cosmic Consciousness is with you at all times and it but requires the upliftment of your thinking process and resultant Godly living to make the electrons pure and perfect. Then can the glass be filled at all times with constructive energy. 

The Cosmic Law has presented this opportunity again and again through the ages, but the hour­glass of man's consciousness cannot continue indefinitely to enjoy the inertia of a dormant consciousness, and the hour has arrived when all vessels must be filled with Perfection. Thus it is expedient that our Shepherds feed their flock with Spiritual Nourishment. 

Let us now direct our attention to the Karmic Board and the Petitions which have been presented to those serene Lords. I have never witnessed such a presentation of Petitions before the Beloved Seven Judges for the evolutions of this Planet. 

The Council Rooms assigned to the various Chohans have been filled with chelas who are permitted to bring their Ideas to be reviewed and where they may be given assistance in formulating their Plea if they are found worthy of consideration. While the predominant Petition is for Peace on Earth many, many others are really outstanding and noteworthy. All these sincere requests for dispensations have been most gratifying to the Hierarchy. 

The chelas at this Assembly before the Karmic Board have deported themselves in a commendable manner and we are deeply grateful for, as you realize, we have many glorious cosmic guests witnessing the spiritual development of the Children on Earth! 

You have already been apprised of the granting of the Petition presented by Beloved Mother Mary. It is now my privilege to tell you of another which has been given approval, and one in which I am directly interested. 

This Petition was presented by the Hierarch of the Luxor Retreat, Beloved Serapis Bey. The majority of you know that this Lord of the Ascension Flame serves directly with the Holy Christ Selves of all connected with the Earth, whether belonging to its evolution or volunteers who have come to assist in restoring the Planet to the Perfection ordained for her. Each individual must become the Christ before he can gain his full Freedom in the Light - the Goal of all life - the Ascension! 

As you can understand, this is a Service of Unity, and Beloved Serapis and I, with the assistance of some chelas, evolved a Petition directly concerned with the Flame of Unity! I now happily tell you something of this Plan. 

As Serapis in his majestic dignity appeared before the Karmic Board with our Petition, he was truly magnificent in a handsome white robe. 

Completely encircling him was a ring of chelas from every country on this Planet - each wearing their native costume, or attire. These garments were provided by the Ladies of the Luxor Retreat, and suffice to say they were exquisitely beautiful.

Think you I am taking time in getting to the actual Petition? This little explanation is necessary for your further understanding of the Beloved Serapis and I have been conferring for many months with certain chelas from all the Nations of the world, and when we found we had dependable volunteers from among the children of Earth, we continued our plans for presentation. 

Well, you know that Serapis is extremely interested in the theatre and the arts and as you say on Earth; his performance was "spectacular". As Master of Ceremonies, so to speak, the presentation nearly evoked audible comment but naturally the guests confined their feelings to the controlled energy of their Beings as he intoned our Petition in his resonant voices 

Oh, mighty and respected Lords of Karma, in the name of the Spirit of Unity which must manifest for all the peoples of this Earth, I humbly invoke your consideration and sanction of the Plea that I prayerfully present.

You see here surrounding me chelas representing every country on this Planet. Each has passed various initiations and has proven worthy to assist in this proposal through the releasing of their energies toward the fulfillment thereof!

They have volunteered to serve directly with the Silent Watcher of their respective countries and a Member of the Angelic Legions of the Angel of Unity, through devoting a certain portion of every day toward energizing the Cosmic Flame of Unity, through the beam of their attention and the balancing power of each individually assigned Member from Beloved Micah's Legions. They will offer their vehicles toward anchoring the Divine Plan which is held in the Heart of the Silent Watcher of their countries, into the substance and atmosphere of Earth by daily calling to the Holy Christ Self of all individuals residing in their portion of the Planet! Once each day these chelas will direct their attention to the local Silent Watcher who, in turn, will send a Ray of Light and Gratitude to the Beloved Planetary Silent Watcher Immaculata!

We most humbly believe that these lines of force will provide a means by which the Unity of consciousness which is expressed by the Christ Self of everyone on this Planet can blend the lower consciousness into the Pure Radiation of the Christ... Oh great Council, I bow before thy Wisdom and Light and await your reply! 

After a brief silence, the Beloved Portia replied:

Beloved Serapis we, the Members of the Karmic Council have not been entirely unaware of the drama, the presentation of which you have just begun, so please continue with the expression of God's Beauty, for you are hereby granted approval of this Petition; You realizing that you are responsible for the release of energy from the chelas to balance the outpouring from the Silent Watchers! Please proceed. 

Well you know that the Karmic Board never permit themselves to register facial approval but we all felt the radiation of pleasure emanating from that august Board! After a respectful pause at the conclusion of Beloved Portia's acquiescence, Beloved Serapis raised his hands like unto a mighty Maestro, and a Messenger of my Legions immediately appeared behind each chela in the Circle. Following their appearance, the Silent Watchers of the Countries directed a Ray of Light into the Christ Self of the chelas, that joining with the Light of the individual Seraphim and the Angel of Unity, and then as the Silent Watchers raised their Heart's Light to Beloved Immaculate, there was a magnificent release of Light from her Being, and as it came close to the Earth an enfolding Circle of Light circumvented the Globe. Each particle of Light in this Circle is a minute circle and will continue around the Earth until the Cosmic Shepherd appears and there shall be one Flock and One Fold! The Messenger of Unity from my Legions will remain in the aura of the chela until otherwise advised by my humble self and will serve with the Seraphim already in the chela's aura, to bring about the Oneness of Consciousness or reunion of the lower vehicles with the Divine for all Nations and all Creeds! 

All of this Cosmic Pageantry was accompanied by the glorious Music of the Spheres. 

Beloved ones, we do not wish any of you to start thinking: "I wonder if I volunteered for this Service?" Since every Dispensation must have continuous energy to survive, we invite your participation in this Service by giving recognition to what is taking place and as we see your sincerity and constancy, the Angels of Unity will come and abide within your auras. We have previously told you that there is no favoritism in God's Heart but those who have an affinity to some specific service are those chosen for that service. Thus, according to your free will can you participate in this magnificent Release of Light and energize the Flame of Unity in the hearts of all mankind. 

As we now conclude these momentous Meetings in which you have lovingly added your energies, and as you prepare to return to your individual orbits, please be assured that mighty Hercules' and Beloved Lord Michael's Angels of Protection will go with you until you reach your destination, as you give recognition to them upon your departure from these Holy Mountains! 

Concluding these Meetings you are now privileged to receive the magnificent Benediction from Beloved Alpha and Omega as the Suns from the various Planets turn their attention to the Sun behind the Suns, as they join in grateful Love to the Omnipotent First Cause, and as they energize the Light which is being released to you and all the evolutions of this Planet by their Divine Love, we shall all offer a prayer to the Supreme Source that you will treasure and nourish this priceless energy so lovingly lavished upon you!
