Summer Conference Address
Beloved Helios
July 9, 1965
Blessed and beloved of the Light, now grown to the Spiritual Stature where Beloved Vesta and I, in counsel with other Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy believe we can in safety confer upon you the honor of wearing the vestment of Representative of the Sun! (Audience rises).
What does this mean? Simply that you have so dedicated your energies and purified your lifestreams to the degree that we, in the City of the Sun, the Central Focus for all the Planets which issued from the Heart of Beloved Vesta and myself, can assign additional Service to you, and in so doing, added privileges which will further expand your own Light.
On the occasions when you will have special service to render for us, upon retiring you will feel the pull to visit the City of the Sun. After gravitating to the Retreat of the month in company with your Seraphim, a Messenger from one of the Temples around the Sun will meet you at the Retreat and bring you to the Planet in the System where specific activities are taking place in which you can participate. This will be a great training for you as well as an advancement benefitting also those from whom the service is being specifically rendered.
Understand, this privilege is being offered you, and does not necessarily mean that there will be a continuance of this advantage. All will depend upon how you conduct yourselves during the initial visits and how you respond to the vibratory action of the Planet. You will, in wisdom, be taken to the Planet to which you have the greatest affinity at the present time, so the investment of our energies in you, and the return expenditure which you make, will be of the greatest benefit to all concerned.
This assignment is given for the reason that it will be a training for you, and is not in any way to bolster the outer ego. We are interested at all times, on all occasions, in the forward progress of the System. This is Cosmic Law and we, too, are subject, and obedient to the directives of our Superiors.
There will be times when you will go to Planets of lesser evolution but that will be a later voluntary assignment. First you will be novices and the time of apprenticeship will depend upon your ability to absorb and dispense the additional Light which will flow to and through you. One has to go through a period of training before they can be assigned to more advanced duties. There can be no mistakes, and that is why the Messenger from the Temples around the Sun will accompany you at all times, assisting where necessary, until you have completed a specific part of your training.
These are probationary days, and I pray the Father of all Light that all shall pass through the Portals of Initiation with what you term 'flying colors'.
Now, why this assignment of taking you to other Planets? One of the reasons is that the majority of you are Guardian Spirits from other Stars come to the Earth as volunteers to assist in her evolution, BUT you for many centuries became so enmeshed in the lower vibrations of the evolutions of the Earth, that you did not raise her to the accelerated vibratory action which you proffered to do. So let not pride enter in to your feelings and raise its ugly head. This service which we are now initiating will begin with the alignment of your vehicles to the acceptance and continuance of the vibratory action which you knew and enjoyed on your home star.
This is an essential activity, for we have spoken again and again about the Forward Push of the Planets into the orbit which will bring them nearer to the Heart of their Creation. This is in no way a mythical tale, but a Truth which will one day, in the not too distant future, take place, and it is expedient that the Light Bearers on this Earth have sufficient 'oil in their lamps' or more specifically, Light in the Chalices of their Beings, and able to release the expanded Light required by Cosmic Law, to conserve as much of the energy of the Cosmic and Ascended Hierarchy, upon whose shoulders rests a mighty responsibility. We are permitted to do just so much, and the remainder of energy must come from those inhabitants on all the Planets in question.
Study and ponder this assignment well which is about to be yours and anticipate the day, we trust in the very near future, when Beloved Vesta will summon the Messenger to bring you to the feet of her Presence, and in her great Love and Wisdom, will raise her hand and confer upon you the honor of Representative of the Sun, at the same time one of her attendants will place upon your shoulders the magnificent white vestment emblazoned with an effulgent Sun, scintillating in great beauty.
We shall eagerly await your acceptance of this responsibility, through your purity of motive, and your obedience to the Cosmic Law!
