Good morning, friends of my Heart, it is with great joy that I greet you on this auspicious occasion! My role today is that of Cosmic Commenter - many of you will remember me when I was Interpreter for the monthly Transmission of the Flame Ceremonies!
Since that time, it has been my great privilege to serve as World Teacher for this Planet Earth, in cooperation with the Beloved Jesus. In this capacity, I assure you "I AM" not the Kuthumi of the 'flower gathering' days, but the POSITIVE ASPECT which is required of me in my present Office shall, however, let you in on a secret... when "I AM" permitted the privilege of diversion from my Cosmic Service, I find great relaxation in the Hills of Kashmir gazing into the face of a beautiful flower, blessing the elemental who willing followed the pattern set for him, and in that obedient simplicity am I reminded of the magnitude of the gifts of the Father of us all! Each infinitesimal component of the flower is the handiwork of the All-Encompassing One. And when Perfection and Beauty are manifest, there is an expression of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth!
You have been advised many times that in the lucidity of Nature one can find the Understanding and Peace which permits one to rise in consciousness to far greater heights than in alone studying of complex matters, so to speak. One must gain in understanding and knowledge true, but a respite in the Garden of Nature is a wonderful 'running mate' which is of great assistance to the evolving lifestream.
Now, in order not to embark on a 'wool gathering' journey, as you would say, we come to the Important Announcement of the hour:
When the Permanent Focus of the Great White Brotherhood is officially established on Long Island, on Thanksgiving Day, November 26th, in this year of Nineteen Hundred Sixty-four, many Cosmic Induction Ceremonies will take place, and the one which is my great honor and privilege of bringing to your attention this morning follows...
Our so loved and revered Maha Chohan will be elevated to the Office of Cosmic Holy Spirit for all the Planets which emerged in succession from the Hearts of Helios and Vesta, namely:
Mercury, Aquaria, Uranus, Earth, Freedom, Athena and Purity
At that time the Beloved Paul, the Venetian will become the Maha Chohan for this Earth, the Representative of the Holy Spirit for this Planet.
The Beloved Lady Rowena will be empowered with the responsibility of Chohan of the Third Ray, Lady Rowena is the Divine Complement of the mighty Victory.
Our present Maha Chohan will assist the Beloved Paul, in the assumption of his advanced Service. Beloved Paul has been in a period of training for this Office 'or many years. At the time of induction of the Venetian to the elevated Office of Maha Chohan, his Focus on the Planet Earth will be in the Retreat at Ceylon. Beloved Lady Rowena will transfer her energies from the Retreat over the British Isles, to the vicinity of Marseille, France, the present Focus of the Chohan of the Third Ray.
All is done in orderly succession, even as your Heads of Government move to various places as they are given the responsibility of the affairs of State, but with one difference there is no demotion in the Kingdom of Heaven, all is an ever-advancing and expanding Activity of Perfection.
Now listen attentively and in humility and gratitude as I tell you that the Permanent Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy which is even at this hour in the process of establishment on Long Island, will be of even greater magnitude than the present Shamballa over the Gobi Desert, for this Focus of Light will not only be the home of our Beloved Lord of the World, Gautama, but the Focus of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, our present Maha Chohan!
If there is any questioning in your minds regarding the number of chelas attending this Conference, please accept the Truth which we present to you... Each of you has been hand-picked, so to speak, to receive the tremendous Blessings which will assist you in your spiritual advancement. True, others were also chosen, but there were many rumblings in their consciousness which deterred them from the physical journey to Long Island. Keep your minds pure and holy, blessed ones, there is no condemnation in God's Heart that is of the human and each advancing chela must learn tolerance and understanding of his fellowman: Bless him ever - condemn NEVER!
It is the desire of the Beloved Maha Chohan and the entire Spiritual Hierarchy that you all convene on the Holy Ground which has been obtained by THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM. Think of it, you each have had the unprecedented privilege of giving of the substance of your worlds to make the first payment required to secure this property. As you know, this is the first time the BRIDGE chelas have been given the opportunity of purchasing a tract of land to be dedicated wholly to a Spiritual Purpose, and having awaited this time, to have the extreme honor of contributing to the Focus of the Highest Spiritual Order on the Planet! Bend the knee, children of the Father, and think what this means to you individually...YOU ARE PREPARING A FOCUS FOR THE LORD OF THE WORLD, GAUTAMA, AND HIS SUPERIOR, THE COSMIC HOLY SPIRIT!
Feel the Love which is being showered on you from Above, and return, oh return, that Love to the Hierarchy by bringing forth a representative meeting place for the Great White Brotherhood!
There has been such conjecture on the part of the chelas as to whether this Focus of the Brotherhood would come into manifestation by direct Precipitation from the Universal. At this time I would quell the questioning by saying, the chelas have not advanced to the state, at the moment where this is possible. First it is our express desire to build a suitable Focus for the Brotherhood through the energies of the chelas, through the contributing of the substance of their worlds for this purpose. Later, direct precipitation can, and will, take place. And to the question which has arisen in the consciousness of many as to why the Spiritual Hierarchy REQUIRE an Earthly Focus when they can convene in the Etheric Counterpart permit me to say, the Spiritual Brotherhood require embodied chelas who are sufficiently purified and wholly dedicated to the Service of the evolution of this Planet, and the entire System . There must be certain lifestreams who have advanced to the stage where they actually feel and know the humility required to be true representatives of the Spiritual Hierarchy.
There will be chelas who will reside on this Holy Ground with whom the Cosmic Beings and Ascended Masters will be in direct communication, to carry out the instructions which will of necessity be given - obediently, at the moment, without questioning: They will know in their hearts and feelings that they have laid their ALL on the Altar of the ONE, and in reverent obeisance carry out the instructions of the Hierarchy.
The Focus and Meeting Place which you, the dedicated ones, and others who will be enlightened at Inner Levels and will bring through their physical consciousness, will bring into manifestation on this Holy Ground, will later be used as the outer Temple, and then there will be a Holy of Holies where only the advanced Initiate will be permitted physical admittance, and where the Cosmic Beings and Ascended Masters will manifest in the presence of the assembly.
Oh, children of great Light, enter the Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame within your hearts, and become so anchored in the Christ Consciousness that you will be God in Action at all times. Can you not glimpse the hour which is at hand? The so-called time is short: Dedicate, consecrate, your energies to the sacred privilege which we of the Spiritual Hierarchy are presenting to you. Wise is he who unquestionably accepts this offer! The chelas of the East would literally be on bended knee for this honor, but they are in the majority not equipped with the WILL TO DO - the action of the Western chela. All must come into the line of balance, and now is the time for you to bring your worlds in order for you are the Vanguard Spirits who have been chosen, and as you fully accept, will you be vested with Powers little known to you at present.
In order not to burden your consciousness and give you Spiritual Indigestion, I shall digress to another subject. What am I thinking of?
Ah, lovely ones, it will be my extreme pleasure to take part in guiding those of you who will be the Teachers of the New Age and are now being intensively trained at Inner Levels. Blessed ones, those chelas who are to carry out our specific service from this Focus, must be ready and willing to be interval instructors at this Focus for those win will come from tins to time to be the Leaders of men - of BRIDGE GROUPS. These Groups will be entirely different from those which are presently functioning, and at this point, I would say that in many instances we who have the responsibility for THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM INSTRUCTION, must place a veil over our Consciousness when we are in the vicinity of certain Leaders who are endeavoring to the best of their present ability to bring forth the Truth. Understand, this is not condemnation, not at all, but not having been given specific instruction as to how to conduct a BRIDGE CLASS, there is such an intermingling of vibrations which conflict with the specific results to he gained. One-pointedness is of prime importance at this hour!
You each should bless, as we do, the chelas all over the Planet who are facets for the Spiritual Brotherhood to the best of their ability and consciousness, and in many instances rendering a tremendous service to students in keeping their feet upon the Spiritual Path. One travels through many grades in school, all being necessary, but when in training one adheres to the specific instruction of the day.
I, Kuthumi, am counting on being permitted to exercise the prerogative of my Office as World Teacher in instructing the beloved ones who desire, and are accepted, to be Teachers of the masses in the days just ahead - not in the far distant future. I have been given permission to be in residence at the Permanent Focus at those times when this specific instruction takes place. And, it will be my pleasure to greet you, through radiation and instruction first, and later according to your acceptance, in the visible, tangible Vehicle. Speed that day. Oh Father of Light:
The beloved Maha Chohan has requested that you make the sacred Pilgrimage to the Permanent Focus tomorrow, Tuesday, following your Class, and permit me to counsel you, when you enter sleep this evening to ask your own Beloved "I AM" Presence to be your Guiding Light all through the ensuing day, so that you will receive of the Special Blessing which is to be yours as you are allowed to tread upon this Holy Ground!
