Summer Conference

Beloved Maha Chohan

June 30, 1964

Ah, my dearly beloved chelas, children of my Heart, "I AM" filled with reverent gratitude for the privilege of speaking with you this morning. Your love has drawn me, that mighty magnet which is the cohesive power of Life! As our hearts love has blended one with the other, the release has been of such tremendous magnitude that the Devas who are in attendance throughout this Class have taken this energy which has a radiation of the most beautiful and soothing shade of pink and shaped it into a heart as an aureole for the Cosmic Dove which has its wingspread over this whole Island. As your energies feed it during this morning's Class, and the ensuing days of the week, it shall remain a living pulsating Heart of Pure Divine Love, from which there will flow that Cosmic Quality to the entire Planet Earth! 

Think reverently with me as I relate some of the activities which have recently taken place, which involve particularly you, my dear ones, and myself: When the Cosmic Lords summoned me to appear before them, a mighty Council of the overlords for this System, I knew in my heart that I was to receive a report of the Initiation through which I have passed. 

This Meeting took place in the Temple of our Sun Gods, Beloved Helios and Vesta. The Light and Radiation was the most uplifting and transcendent I have ever been privileged to enjoy. You may wonder why "I AM" indulging in my Personal Experience, for this usually is not my wont, but listen carefully and you will understand for it involved all of us my so loved chelas and my humble self. 

I was informed by the Cosmic Law that the time had come when I must advance to the higher duties which were waiting for me, and that my own beloved son, Paul, the Venetian - had now qualified to become Representative of the Holy Spirit for the Planet Earth. At this moment, the Beloved Paul was summoned to appear by my side. 

Ah, one wonders how the heart which is so filled with Love and Gratitude can further expand when one learns that his own cosmic son has so expanded his Light as to assume, in dignity, the Office which is being vacated by the Parent. Dear children, the Love which I hold for each of you, or for any part of life. Pure Divine Love is impartial and encompassing! There are times, of course, when that mighty Keyboard of Harmony, the Flaming Heart of the Presence does send forth an extra pulsation of feeling, of thanksgiving, for the knowing expansion of the Father's Kingdom. Such a moment was this, for me! 

Now this was a private Council, involving the Great Lords and those Initiates who were to assume other Offices than had been their recent privilege. We were told to appear again before the Council that evening when there would be others of great Cosmic Capacity in attendance. So reverently I bowed before the Light of all Life, and followed by my son, silently left the room. After short converse, we each retired to the rooms which had been set aside for us in the Temple of the Sun, there to commune with the Father-Mother God, and to individually prepare for the coming activities! 

That evening when Beloved Paul and I approached the General Council Room we were enthralled by the Music of the most ecstatic quality which was being played therein. As we entered, I preceded Beloved Paul down the aisle in silent prayer. As we approached the Members of the Cosmic Council and stood before Their August Presence, Beloved Vesta was presented with a Script by a Messenger from that great One, the entire Assembly rose to their feet. 

"I AM" permitted, by my request to the overlords of this System, to give you a partial report of what transpired at that time... Beloved Vesta read from the Scroll which stated that on Thanksgiving Day of this year of Nineteen Hundred Sixty-four, when the Permanent Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy is transferred in its entirety to Long Island, that certain Induction Ceremonies would take place. In one of these it shall be my signal, honor and privilege to assume the duties of Cosmic Holy Spirit for all the Planets of this System, All that issued forth from the Hearts of Helios and Vesta, about which our Beloved Kuthumi spoke yesterday. 

At that Cosmic Moment Beloved Paul will become the Representative of the Holy Spirit for the Planet Earth. A moment of silence followed as Beloved Lady Rowena, Divine Complement of Mighty Victory took her place at the side of Beloved Paul. You were also apprised yesterday by Beloved Kuthumi that Lady Rowena is to be Chohan of the Third Ray, succeeding Paul, the Venetian. As we stood there listening to the Announcement, a Cosmic Surge of Oneness passed through our Beings, and we each knew that the Father-Mother God has blessed us with an expanded feeling of Pure Divine Love. 

Bowing before the Members of the Council, we retired to the chairs which had been provided for us, there to learn of other Cosmic Activities which are soon to transpire and which are yet to be held in Silence before Edict of the Cosmic Laws. 

"I AM" permitted to elaborate further in relating the following... for this specifically concerns you... "I AM" most grateful for the Love with which each of my chelas has enfolded and blessed me, in particular those faithful and constant lifestream who have thought my Weekly Releases, through the avenue of THE BULLETIN, worth their time and energy in studying the Lessons therein contained, and who through the substance of their worlds have made the printed Releases possible. 

Further, when the Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy, the Center of Light, is permanently focused on Long Island in November, with Beloved Gautama in residence as Lord of the World, in response to a Heart Request which I made to the Cosmic Law some time ago, when I was advised that I was to prepare myself for the office of Cosmic Holy Spirit, I was advised that my request would be granted... that request being that I, who have been Representative of the Holy Spirit for the Planet Earth, could have my Focus on the Planet earth in the Heart of Shamballa on Long Island! 

How little you understood, those of you who have remained faithful to the vow which you made when you signed the Scroll claiming Long Island for the Holy Spirit, that at that very moment you were preparing with me for the Cosmic Event to take place on Thanksgiving Day of this year. Some of you will remember that seventeen years have elapsed since this initial activity took place in Nineteen Hundred Forty-seven. I have a replica of that signed Document in my own Cosmic Library, knowing that the time would come when you could be apprised of what you had done in love. Oh, yes, other chelas made the same Vow at Inner Levels but some of you in this room today had the privilege of signing the original Document. 

The love which entwines the energies of all of you with my Cosmic Heart shall endure for all Eternity, and I thank the Father-Mother God for his blessing! 

"I AM" going to request when you make the journey this afternoon to the Holy Focus that you endeavor to realize the privilege which is yours to set foot on this Sacred Ground. Ah, yes, much is to be desired in the transformation of the outer appearance of this property and it is upon you and others, we are counting for the reclamation process! If you believe, in true Faith, you will leave no stone unturned to bring about the transformation which is necessary in the outer appearance. 

Now think a moment about Shamballa... it was the mightiest Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy on the Planet Earth, and through willful disobedience of mankind to the Spiritual Law in their use of free will, the physical Focus was destroyed - remaining only in the Etheric Realm. 

Now a more expanded Focus will manifest, not only for the Lord of the World and his court, but as a home for my humble self, who has been granted the privilege to be the Cosmic Holy Spirit. I say this in deep humility, and the reason mention is being made of the fact is because of your part in this manifestation. You, dear and so loved chelas, have made it possible for me to expand my Light through that glorious line of force. Pure Divine Love, which is the ever-flowing Light which joins us, one with the other! As any of us are elevated in consciousness, so are you! I do not speak of my participation in being Dispenser of the Breath of the Holy Spirit except to commend you on your Spiritual Advancement. I know that the majority of you already feel the step-up of radiation which has taken place since we convened in Conference last year. 

All of my Beloved Chohans applied to me to make this Announcement, but I said to each of them in the deepest Love..."even though using the Personal Equation is certainly not the Nature of my Being, I wish the privilege of clothing each of the blessed lifestreams on the Planet Earth who have specifically enlisted in my band of followers to feel the gratitude, oh, the gratitude, which feel for them for having made it possible for me to expand my Light, and in that expansion their own." 

You, my chelas, have given to me of your Love no greater having been experienced by any Teacher from his pupils. For this assistance and love showered so lavishly upon my lifestream,
