Beloved Paul, the Venetian

Dearly beloved children, Friends of my Heart, my brothers and sisters in the world of form, I greet you today with a feeling of the deepest Love and Gratitude - gratitude for assisting me to pass the Initiation which will result in my being granted the holy privilege of assuming the Office of Maha Chohan, Representative of the Holy Spirit for the Planet Earth that Sacred Induction which will place when my most revered Cosmic Father, the present Maha Chohan will be elevated to that High office of Cosmic Holy Spirit for all the seven Planets which issued from the Hearts of the Sun of this System, Beloved Helios and Vestal
Oh, how I wish to convey to you my extreme gratefulness for your Love, which is and has been such a raising power and which will assist me when I receive the honor of responsibility of the Office of Maha Chohan. I have said these many years that "I AM" my brother's keeper and have counseled each of you to contemplate the meaning contained therein. Each man should be his 'brother's keeper" - insofar as it is the duty of all men to assist the other into God Freedom. It is not necessary that a single word be uttered to be another's keeper. This does not imply that any life-stream should meddle in the personal affairs of another. It is the silent reverence for life - for all life - which makes a man his "brother's keeper".
We all know that each Spirit Spark which came forth from the Father-Mother God carried a part of the God-Parents - that Sacred and Holy Essence of Divinity ignited by the Supreme Source of All Life which can never decrease, only increase in intensity of Light. Sometimes the Spirit Sparks remain dormant for ages and during the varied journeys in the world of appearance have worn a cloak of the outer consciousness - but within that form the Divinity has abided, waiting patiently for the day when the lower vehicles were read; to follow the Divine Plan and carry out the directions of the Holy Christ Self and prepare for their Freedom in the Light, the Victory of the Ascension.
So, we are all joined one with the other in the magnificent privilege of co-creation with the Father-Mother God each his "brother's keeper", and as we lend our energies in the transmutation of all less than Christ Perfection we are serving, in dignified humility, in the widening of the Borders of the Father's Kingdom. Oh, my beloved brothers and sisters, how I love you for being a part of my life, and grateful "I AM" for being a part of yours!'
And now a word about the activities of the Retreat of Liberty, during the period of October 15th through November 14th, 1964. As you know the Beloved Lady Rowena, Divine Complement of Mighty Victory, will succeed me as Chohan of the Third Ray. I have invited Lady Rowena, and she has graciously accepted, to be my guest at the Temple of Liberty during this period and we shall, in company with the Beloved Goddess of Liberty, welcome each dear chela who approaches our portals. Be ever alert when you come to visit us and receive of the Gifts of the Father-Mother God which we are privileged to dispense from this Blessed Focus. Knowing the intense Love of the present Maha Chohan for each of you, I can assure you that you will be the recipients of the Love and Blessing of his Presence with us on many an occasion during this 30 day period. Before retiring ask that your Holy Christ Self take complete control of your actions, for it is of special importance at this time when our Beloved Maha Chohan in his great humility will be walking among you through the gardens, as well as in the Temple. The vigilant chela will be richly rewarded by his benefaction.
