The Shamballa Letter

Beloved Chelas, 

As you begin to contemplate the petitions which you will support for the upcoming year, I ask you to think back to the work we accomplished at the beginning of the current cycle. At that time, I encouraged you to reflect upon the lessons of the year just past, and to set some personal spiritual goals for yourself. This project fulfilled two purposes: It increased your attunement to the vibration of wisdom, as you learned to discern your personal areas of interest and challenge; and, it gave you an opportunity to expand your momentum of discipline, or mastery over your life energy. You learned that the motivating factor behind every personal goal is the fulfillment of Divine Principle. 

The enlightenment you have gained during the current year may now be brought to bear in the process of selecting those activities to which you will devote your energy during the coming cycle. In order to be most effective, the commitment of your personal energies to any cause should take into account your own talents and interests. 

You have often set aside time to realize and understand your personal skills and capabilities. You are moving steadily forward in the light, and it is time for you to concentrate upon your own areas of service, and to develop them more fully. If this is done from a consciousness of unity, there will be no separation between you, as individuals, within your groups. Rather, this will assist each of you to become more fully integrated within your circle of friends and co-workers by balancing your understanding and activities. 

If you are particularly interested in the Healing Flame, for example, your awareness of this fact will enable you to connect with all other chelas worldwide who are involved in that particular effort. In this way, much more may be efficiently accomplished than was previously possible. If, on the other hand, your field of interest happens to be governmental affairs, or national and international healing, then you will be united in that work with other chelas who are similarly engaged. This understanding may be applied to whatever your interests and talents may be. 

Sometimes, as you develop on your group paths, confusion enters your consciousness as you become aware of all of the jobs that need doing. Even though you need to know about the overall requirements of the Earth and her evolutions, it is perfectly all right for you to concentrate your energies primarily in the direction to which you feel most drawn. You will find that your individual and group work will then come together, as you become conscious of your personal focus ¾ your own divine plan. 

I ask that you take this information into the Silence, as you formulate your petitions for the coming cycle. Call forth the Flame of Unity to enfold your efforts, drawing your individual focus and group work into a cohesive whole. As you do so, remember that I, too, am part of your group and know that I enfold you in my love!
