Beloved Ones,
You have learned that within each Divine Idea is the complete supply of all energy needed to create and sustain that Idea, according to the First Cause of perfection for all life. This Truth fulfills the activity of the Law of Supply, which is a governing principle of creation.
The first attribute to affect the Idea within the Second Sphere, is Precipitation. As the major focus of this Sphere, the activity of Precipitation will inspire, motivate and direct the other attributes to achieve the Divine Purpose. The process is identical to that of the First Sphere, where Divine Will is the primary Cause.
Your scientists define the word 'precipitation' as 'a substance or solution separated from a suspension' - very closely describing the spiritual action of this Divine Quality. The cosmic Ray of Precipitation is concerned with taking the total essence of the Law of Supply contained within the Divine Idea, and separating that essence into workable components. This activity is accomplished in concert with the attributes of the First Sphere, which are already manifest.
The quality of Precipitation foresees and accounts for all of the individual avenues through which the Law of Supply shall manifest the substance needed to sustain the Divine Idea. In doing so, it considers all free-will choices which could possibly affect the manifestation of this substance. It then allows for the consequences of such freewill choices, creating and sustaining avenues through which Divine Substance may manifest.
For example, let us consider a particular Divine Idea such as, a flower. God thinks of a flower - its form, its scent, its beauty. God sends forth this Thought as an activity of Will ¾ that is, he wills to manifest the flower.
As the Idea of the flower moves through the First Sphere, it remains an Idea, protected and invested through the Law of Supply with all of the Energy needed to manifest itself. When the Idea reaches the Second Sphere, it creates and receives the activity of Precipitation. This activity takes the total energy allotment contained within the idea of the flower, and separates it into the major components of elemental consciousness, physical structure, methods of reproduction, habitation, light, nourishment, and so forth. Precipitation also designs the internal systems and processes which will permit the absorption and assimilation of the components of supply.
The most helpful thing to remember about the activity of Precipitation is that it is primarily concerned with offering unlimited opportunities for the manifestation of the Divine Idea. Precipitation takes care of the details needed for the manifestation of Divine Will. The other attributes of the Second Sphere are concerned with recognizing, understanding, and accepting responsibility for the opportunities provided through the activity of Precipitation.
The activity of Precipitation is a holy and sacred trust, for within the process is contained the fullness of perfection which our Father-Mother God has willed for all creation! Dear chelas, your consciousness and acceptance of this trust indicates that you have within you, the ability and resources to create with perfection. I would ask that you ponder this matter, in the Silence, until we meet again.
