My Beloved Disciples,

As we approach the middle of the year of 1990, I know you will agree that the instruction you have received from beloved Pallas Athena and Lady Portia has assisted you greatly upon your Spiritual Path. No instruction given - no matter how great the teaching might be - is of use unless it is applied. I want to let you know that I watch my disciples very closely, because it lets me know what plan of teaching will be of the most help to the chelas who have applied for the Shamballa Letters.

I AM truly pleased with the results thus far this year concerning the application of the points of Law which have been given. You know, it is my direct responsibility to get the 'lesson plan', so to speak - that will provide the most direct means for the chelas to achieve the highest progress, both as individuals and as groups.

There is never a problem getting a Teacher! It is a consideration as to what the greatest need of the students may be at any given time, but I always have plenty of applicants for the job. 

Forever bless the names of the Masters and Great Ones who have gone before you - and assist you now, both through the medium of the Shamballa Letters, the Discourses, and by the direct teaching you all receive whenever possible. I know you are grateful, and it gives me satisfaction to be able to share with you how very willing and loving your Teachers are. It will make your hearts glad! Please take this moment to send a Ray of Love and Gratitude to Pallas Athena and Lady Portia for all they have given to you over the past months. 

Now please center yourselves within your beautiful Three-fold Flames, and bless the most Holy Name of God 'I AM', which holds all life sacred within itself. It is through this Perfect Presence that you are able to receive the teachings and instructions of the Ascended Host and the Great Ones who wish to speak to you whenever the opportunity presents itself. Just as you thank and bless the Masters of Light - always remember that Presence which makes such communication and realization possible. 

My dear ones, I know you will be happy to know that for the next three months you will be receiving the outpouring of beloved Lady Kwan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion. Accept the welcome Radiation of this Great Being of Love into your auras and worlds right now, for even as you read my words, she is present with you. Lady Kwan Yin tells you that if you even breathe her name within the silence of your hearts - she hears and is immediately present with you! With her Love - accept also mine!
