Lady Mercedes:

I will raise you raise you up on Eagle’s Wings and you will soar like a Dove.

Our Beloved Neptune reminds us that "The substance of water, cooperating with Virgo and the Mighty Helios, has made possible your every harvest; and the gift of water within your body has given you the capacity to feel! The individual who cannot feel deeply has much yet to learn on the pathway toward God Freedom!"

I would like to add to His teaching that as you work toward the complete purification of the element of water within your worlds, your emotional bodies will be able to turn this great gift of "feeling" to the healing of all life on Planet Earth. Rather than using this gift to further sustain negative feelings and responses you will find yourselves able to respond with joy, with confidence, with peace and love! All the "feelings" that your Father-Mother God intended for you to experience from the moment of your creation will become your natural responses once again!

Beloved Neptune and Lunara; I, Lady Mercedes, join with My Children of Earth to call forth a blessing for you, and for the Blessed Undines who serve with you, for all the service that you have given so freely throughout centuries of time! As you have given so selflessly of Your great Love and blessing to Earth’s children, so now do they respond with their loving gratitude to you!

BLESSING OF THE WATER ELEMENT

Beloved Presence of God "I AM" in me and all mankind, Beloved Neptune and Lunara, we bless and bless and bless and thank You and all the beings of the Water Element, all the Undines who have ever served us and all mankind, who are serving us now, or ever will serve us! We bless the Water Element everywhere, and the blessed Undines who are Your messengers, asking that all destructive activities of the Water Element be transmuted by the Violet Flame, We Thank You!

Beloved Ones, for your every effort to assist those Great Beings Who have helped you for so long, "I AM" Grateful, and I will offer you My full assistance. I hold you lovingly in the Palm of My Hand!
