If you cannot feel that control in yourself; CHARGE AND CHARGE AND CHARGE My feeling as the Father of the Waters into your emotional bodies right now. Accept it and know with certainty that you, too, connected with My own Self are likewise vested with the Master control of this Element."

Your power of Love, dear Chelas, can be well directed by making your calls to Beloved Neptune to assist you in achieving Mastery over this Element in Your Beings and Worlds.
