I will raise you up on Eagle’s Wings and you will soar like a Dove.
EFrom within the palm of My Hand, contemplate the Holy Breath, which allows you the opportunity of expanding the Light of the Universe. Every breath you take and return, either adds to, or detracts from, the Light.
Without the process of the inbreath and the outbreath man would cease to be.
Many of humankind breathe only sufficiently to survive, and this is quite possible for many, many years, but I counsel you to engage in Rhythmic Breathing - in deep, rhythmic breathing.
Although man can survive without rhythmic breathing, he does not accept the LIGHT which is at his disposal. Without deep rhythmic breathing he does not accept good health.
The Cosmic Holy Spirit has given His Son, Paul The Maha Chohan, to assist you (and the Elemental Kingdom) to evolve into greater service to the Light of The Father/Mother God.
Practice the Rhythmic Breath and learn to accept and expand the Breath of The Almighty. Remember, and practice, the monthly breathing statement presented to you ad you will find the ease with which rhythmic breathing becomes part of your being at all times.
Have reverence for the Holy Breath, for your breath is indeed HOLY. Know and accept that every breath you take is an opportunity to expand the Light of the Universe as you qualify that breath with the virtues of the Godhead.
I AM holding you in the Palm of My Hand, and as your Cosmic Mother I Breathe through you the Breath of Life.
