Let us turn our attention to the meaning of Tranquil Heart. This refers to an individual who can remain centered in the Christus within and whatever activity one is engaged in flows to all life in a peaceful manner.
Understand that tranquility does not mean lethargy.... tranquility is Peace and Harmony.
