Beloved Surya 

Following the activity presented to you last week by the Beloved Luzar which is taking place this month from the Focus of Light Eternal and of the Catatumba Ray, I invite you to direct your attention to our Focus at Suva, the great Fiji Island. 

We are aligned in service this month in drawing the attention of the chelas to the activity of the Water Element beneath the surface of the earth. Most of you know that there is also an entrance in the surrounding waters where many lifestreams have been taken for preparatory service at or previous to the time when the Cosmic Law so dictates that the Atlantean and Lemurian Continents shall begin the ascent where they will be visible and habitable to the sight of mankind. You of course realize this is a process which will require considerable of so-called time… in order to avert catastrophic results! 

With the planet Earth in a state of chaos in many regions it is elementary to state that the world and its peoples and all evolutions require PEACE. Why think you there is so much turmoil? The Cosmic Law is merciful but there is only a modicum of time when all the planets in this System can be delayed in their progress by the errant humanity still occupying the Earth.  

Our Focus is one of SUSTAINED PEACE where the undines so revere this Island they actually “bow” to the poised radiation. Because of our momentum of this vital Quality it is our desire and responsibility to assist the chelas to build a momentum of sustained Peace where they can remain in a radiation of Harmony regardless of any situation of a negative nature… where they can bathe all life with this unction… knowing as they do so they will be fulfilling the oft-repeated affirmation, “A Peace Commanding Presence”.

Naturally you understand this is not a state of lethargy but a way of life necessary to fulfill the edict of Divine Law. Each chela can become a magnet for the All-Good of this Universe, where he can bring into manifestation that which he requires, for his surroundings, and any part of life. This brings one to the further understanding that Peace is required for precipitation of any kind. Our Focus is a sustaining power of Peace and Opulence. Does not the activity of precipitation require that it be enfolded in a mantle of Peace? 

I invite you to turn your attention often to our Brotherhood and as you do you will feel the calm, yet powerful, activity of the Water Element… as a result you can clothe your emotional body in the substance of Peace… remembering always that the emotional vehicle and Water Element are one and the same. Immerse your consciousness in the many hued sparkling waters which are always active at our Crystal Palace of Peace. As you signify through constancy your desire to become one of the members of my Legions, you will greatly assist the Spiritual Hierarchy in its tremendous task of bringing into alignment all the planets of this System, through the sustained radiation which will bring to fruition World Peace.
