Beloved Lord Saithrhu - Manu of the Seventh Root Race 

Oh my beloved friends on Earth, I come to you this day to enlist your assistance for the children of Beloved Lady Mercedes and myself. 

Many will come to Earth this year when the selection is made by the Karmic Council! The importance of my plea is that they will have suitable habitation wherever they come forth, of course the greater number will come to parents in South America and Santo Domingo. 

Many years ago a Decree was issued for the purpose of clearing the landed surface of the debris of the ages. That fiat has been sadly neglected. I refer to page 10 in your Decree Book… which should have been headed “REDEMPTION OF THE LANDED SURFACE FOR THE SEVENTH ROOT RACE.” Merely a human error. 

You will remember the so-called devastation of Santo Domingo by the hurricanes…actually it was a purifying process in which the Elements cooperated… lush verdure is now a result… the very earth is pure, as is the atmosphere.  

In the above Decree I particularly call your attention to the Sixth paragraph which states…COME! COME! COME! CREATE! MANIFEST! EXPAND! SUSTAIN! and FULFILL! through us today… the grant of the Cosmic Law to make South America a beautiful habitation and home for the first sub-race children of Lord Saithrhu’s Seventh Root race! Incidentally I prefer and it should read “Children of Lord Saithrhu and Lady Mercedes’ Seventh Root Race! 

Then emphasis should be put on the following paragraph…

We, as ONE, grateful for opportunity, offer ourselves as a Grail, a SACRED CUP, through which to pour your Almighty Energies and Love to speedily… 

PURIFY! PURIFY! PURIFY and raise the vibratory action of the South American Continent, especially Brazil and that stretch across the Equator, designated by Beloved Lord Saithrhu! 

The children of Lady Mercedes and myself are waiting in great anticipation to come to Earth to show mankind the manner in which the family of man should abide… in Peace and Love through Spiritual Enlightenment. 

With all the POWER OF MY BEING, I entreat you to comply with my request… in fact, it is IMPERATIVE!
