My beloved Chelas: 

The planet Earth and her people are treated by the Cosmic Rays in a rhythmic and orderly fashion so that certain God Qualities playing upon their inner bodies might enrich them and prepare them for the cyclic outpourings of each season. 

Of course the cyclic outpouring of the spring season is at its apex at Easter, and every lifestream within the Human Kingdom, as well as the Nature Kingdom, is prepared by the Cosmic Law for the reception of the greatest blessing at this time. That is why Easter Saturday is represented at inner Levels as the day when a Flame of Expectancy is passed thru the atmosphere of Earth and all the bodies that dwell thereon. It flows from the Dawn of Easter Saturday until Dawn on Easter Sunday, when it is replaced by the Resurrection Flame as manifested so victoriously thru the blessed Master Jesus. 

The more expectancy that can be charged into the consciousness of the people, the wider open is their consciousness to the Gift of the Resurrection Flame. The Quality of Expectancy brings manifestation always. The joyous expectancy of good precipitates the good into form. 

When individuals first come under the Radiation of the Ascended Masters they are expectant, and that expectancy carries them happily thru the early period of preparation. Following this period when they are beginning to draw forth their own God Powers and learn the creative control of thought and feeling, the expectancy palls, and unfortunately at the time when they require it most, they become dubious and heavy in the feeling world, because the previous exhilaration seems lacking. 

Cultivate within your feeling worlds the Quality of Expectancy preceding all appli­cation, all decree work and all visualization, for if you do not EXPECT manifestation you will find that you do not believe in the efficacy of the application or in your power to direct energy to a given result. Some will say - I believe the Law but I am not confident of my own capacity to prove this Law - to which I will say - you must expect to prove it before you can enjoy the fruit of controlled precipitation. 

With the above directives, I have placed within your hands and hearts a Scepter by which your greater good may flow freely. I ask you to expect of yourselves, first Mastery, and of all that we in the Eternal Realms can give. Expectancy is a magnet that cannot be denied. 

The Quality of Expectancy has been presented to you before, and now in your expanded consciousness, I EXPECT you to accept it and PROVE the LAW!
