Blessed Ones:
We approach again the Anniversary of that Great Cosmic Outpouring of the Holy Spirit, which was the effect of an invocation by the Master Jesus preceding the Ascension of his beautiful and purified Body into the Octave in which he had fitted himself to dwell.
The raising of the vibratory action of the disciples to a point where their own God Flame might consciously connect with their outer vehicles was essential for the sustained activity of Christianity which was to be firmly established by those who had partaken of the Christ teaching during his ministry.
The quickening of the personality of the outer vehicles to a point where such conscious contact and communication could be maintained and sustained required the intervention of the Sacred Fire Activity by some God Focus of intelligent energy above human evolution.
This the beloved Jesus knew and when he sent forth the call for the Holy Comforter to descend into the consciousness of the disciples, he set up an Inner Cause, and the "Sons of Thunder" referred to in the Bible was the outpouring of the Sacred Fire from the Third Person of the Holy Trinity.
This activity rendered the service of quickening the outer vessels to a point where the Christ mission could be established through the disciples with enough pressure and power behind it to sustain the fundamental vibration set up by the Master Jesus preceding his individual Victory.
I would like to impress upon your consciousness that an Invocation from the heart of any unascended being would receive an equal response from the Holy Spirit in the outpouring of a similar activity of the Sacred Fire... and the expanded Outpouring from the Holy Spirit will be sustained for as long as the chelas desire to engage in the drawing forth of this Anointing from above.
