The chela when raised by the vibratory action of the Ascended Master has the marvelous feeling of hope, exhilaration, confidence and Oneness with God, which is a pretaste so to speak of the proper vibratory action which someday must be achieved and sustained through the Flame within the heart of the aspirant. The more often the visitation of the Master occurs the more familiar do the vehicles of the aspirant become to the comfortable and peaceful stimulation and freedom which is within the vibratory action of the Master Presence. 

Thus the individual treating the Planet Earth and its evolutions by inviting the personal Presence of a Perfected Being greatly accelerates his own individual progress, because the Master is training the inner bodies of such a one into a nature akin to his own. Chelas become like their Master in time and the more they cultivate the vibratory action of the Master through invocation and through surrender of their minds and feelings to the Master's, will the task become easier by controlling the vibration of the energy in their own worlds at the time when the Master's radiation is withdrawn, and they stand in the pulsation which forms their present state of evolution. 

Now, if you sit quietly and think of any situation or appearance you will find that you will have a mental reaction and an emotional pressure regarding that - which is involuntary, Here comes the training of the self. The Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame, which is your Individuality, must change the mental and emotional vibration regarding any circumstance if it is not perfectly harmonious and at peace regarding that. In other words, you must raise your emotional and thought processes to the Christ Consciousness before you start to treat any situation... 

I counsel you to practice this in some very simple and personal experience. The world will say "How do you feel about this?" "What do you think about this?" and the individual's reaction is to immediately express - really catapult - into the Universe the report of the emotional and mental vehicles, which are really not in any position to decide anything of importance until raised to the Christ status. Here comes personal mastery. We have said the emotional body is the power house. It is a sea of energy that flows into any situation, into any lifestream to which your attention is turned for a moment. But until the vibratory action of that emotional body is under the conscious command of the Heart Flame - when it is properly attuned that which you give, whether to a Nation, a Planet, or a person will be in accord with God's Plan and Design. 

The Masters of Wisdom stand ever ready and willing to assist you to become the Christ in Action, which is your purpose in being, and we await a call from you to give the necessary stimulation to bridge the gap from the human to the Divine.
