Beloved Chelas, 

The pure and perfect God-man, in order to express fully his seven-fold nature in the Seven Realms of the Kingdom, must have developed a mature vehicle made up of the substance and atoms of that Kingdom through which the Divine Will, as translated by his lifestream, might work. 

As a man passes through the various positions within a business in order to learn the entire process which he must one day govern and control, so the Divine Consciousness of the man belonging to the Earth must become acquainted with and gain dominion over the vehicle composed of the substance of that sphere so he may become a controlling power within it. It is in the development of these vehicles through the descent of his consciousness into these spheres which was the original purpose of what has been called the "fall" of man, but which rather should have been the "descent". When one descends he is the master control of the process, but in a fall, one is the victim of uncontrolled energy. However, the descent became in so many instances the fall. 

Now, in order to become the master power in the water element, man had to develop an emotional body and draw from the substance of the water atoms and particles within that kingdom, and he had to master these particles through his own consciousness. When that was done, he became master over all the water, as beloved Jesus was, through the control of his own emotional body. 

In like manner, he became identified with the substance of the earth through the flesh form and when the consciousness is master of the flesh form he is master over the mountains and the plains of the Earth. 

Understand then, my children, that the vehicles developed to date are the opportunity in the various kingdoms to become the Master Control within those spheres, and when each is in perfect control the purpose of the descent is completed and the ascent then begins. 

This is very important lesson for you to learn as we approach the joyous season of Easter and I suggest you bear in mind the affirmation "I AM" THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE."
