The activity of the Electronic Light can be studied by the activity of the water element, which is precipitated from the sky, and then drawn up by the light of the Sun, back into the heavens for purification and in its perfected state released again for the refreshment and cleansing and fertilizing of the land and its people. 

So does the Electronic Light released from the Heart of God, the Father, pass through every Cosmic Being, every Ascended Master, Angel and Deva in interstellar space, and through the "I AM" Presence of all unascended beings... animating the personal self and the lower vehicles and all life functioning in the world of form. This light in itself is intelligent and obedient always to the self-conscious indi­vidual and has thereby been dishonored and every conceivable impurity has been cast upon it from the time of the Fall of Man. 

You, the chelas, have been rendering a tremendous service in using the Fires of Purification and Transmutation to redeem much of this misqualified Light... and in expansion of this service, when some unascended beings take the authority of life and make the call to the Celestial Giver of Light that no longer may the Electronic Substance of the Universe be misqualified and imperfectly clothed, I believe a Cosmic Dispensation will be granted wherein the Electrons will be invulnerably charged with Perfection's Flame in Action, and, passing through the sullied channels which are the open doors to its expression in the physical world, the Electronic Light will remain within an invincible ARMOR OF LOVE, emitting Perfection, but allowing none of the discord of the lower vehicles to change its vibratory action, its color or its sound. 

When this is done, the natural healing, the peace and harmony, illumination and gifts that are within the Electrons, instead of being closed in by a pressure of discordant force will unfold naturally and the fragrance of their Beings they hurry consciously like a Spring rivulet toward the Universal Substance into which they flow Will awaken, illumine and bless all mankind. 

Thus, man as a conductor, will be like a great king who allows a rich caravan to pass through his kingdom, the kingdom richer and happier because of said passage and the caravan, leaving the kingdom, will not be despoiled by robbers of its gifts to the Universe... but will carry the full measure of the gifts and supply it brings from its celestial King to be used in the physical appearance world for the comfort and use of mankind everywhere. 

Who among you are wise enough to follow this suggestion?
