My Beloved Chelas:
The glorious Radiation and Blessing given by our Lord and King, Saint Germain, is lovingly released to you in the following excerpt of his address to the chelas at the Summer Conference.
Beloved Saint Germain:
"Friends of my heart, blessed are you for loosening the heavy chains of the human consciousness which you had bound round your Holy Christ Self through the ages. I am grateful to say that these restrictions are becoming as fine threads ... and one day, in the very near future, the Christ Self will have complete freedom to serve through your four lower vehicles, as you continue to use the Divine Alchemy of the Sacred Fire! This could take place this very day!
I shall now endeavor to show you through my radiation and visualization the magnificent activity which is in progress today.
Rising from beloved Pelleur's Kingdom and descending from the amphitheater of Violet Fire over Long Island there is an accelerated Activity of the Violet Fire. The Builders of Form have created a glorious Maltese Cross over this Island, with its very heart center here at Shamballa. In the center of the cross is a beautiful Heart of Pink Flame, and standing within this Focus of Pure Divine Love is the tangible Presence of the mighty Portia, my beloved complement, who has come today to participate in the Cosmic Service which is taking place.
Please center your attention upon what I have to tell you... you are the beneficiaries of a grant by the Karmic Board in which these august Beings have acquiesced to my plea to transmute fifty percent of your remaining karma as of this day not at the termination of your journey on Earth, but RIGHT NOW!
Thank you for your acceptance of this Dispensation, and please be seated!
This is an entirely separate Petition than that given by beloved Serapis which pertains to the lifestreams on this Earth when they reach the age of sixty. This is a SPECIAL GRANT to THE BRIDGE chelas for I believe that through your good deeds, your service to the Light, you have proven your loyalty to the Cosmic Law, to me, and through your love of the Sacred Fire you truly serve the Lord, thy God, in the process of raising this Planet and her evolutions. Dedication to expressing the Father's Will is a glorious manner in which to tread the homeward journey!
At this very moment, all the Beings who serve specifically on the Seventh Ray, in particular the Beloved Holy Amethyst and our beautiful Lady of Mercy Kwan Yin are within the Maltese Cross surrounding the Pink Heart, we shall now engage in an unprecedented activity of the Violet Fire. Feel, I implore you, the Joy which I am experiencing as we endeavor to raise your garments into the true and accelerated vibration of the Seventh Ray! The Reality of the Violet Fire has been accepted by a sufficient number of lifestreams on this Planet and is now being put into practice that we can make the positive statement today that the Era of the Seventh Ray is now firmly established on the Earth!
Accept the happiness emanating from my Being and the enfolding Love of my beloved Portia as I positively state that the vibratory action of the concluding Ray of this cycle is now predominant... the Law of Alpha and Omega is now made manifest! As I pronounce this Truth a Direct Ray of Light from the Hearts of mighty Alpha and Omega has entered your beings to assist you in accepting this Cosmic Edict!
Now, for the other side of the coin, so to speak... you well know that when you receive a release of God's Holy Energy, you are required to give a balance to life to widen the borders of God's Kingdom. Please bear in mind that the mighty Portia is also the Goddess of Opportunity. Since your consciousness and vehicles are receiving such an acceleration of their vibratory action during this class, henceforth you have not only the opportunity but the responsibility of rendering greater service to the evolutions of this Earth.
Also, and very important, remember that we are engaging in this activity not to just accelerate the vibratory action of your vehicles but the resultant effect will enable you to give greater service to all life through your more illumined service. Naturally we are interested in your individual progress, but you are just a handful of lifestreams when one considers the millions in spiritual limitation of consciousness.
However, using the comparatively small number of dedicated chelas, the glorious service of the Seventh Ray is an established fact and, my dear friends, it is upon you that we depend for the necessary transmuting process to have the Seventh Ray Dispensation accepted, and used, by all evolving on this Earth!"
Your loving cooperation with beloved Saint Germain's counsel is necessary and expected to bring the Permanent Golden Age upon this dear Earth.
