Beloved Children of My Heart: 

When an individual is first accepted as a probationary chela by the Ascended Host he has signified beyond a question of doubt that his spirit and vehicles are desirous of being molded and perfected, in order they may be used as an impressing instrument in carrying out the purpose of the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

At inner levels all of the abilities, capacities and motives of such an applicant are studied, and the Great Host of Light know the sincerity of purpose that dictated the application. Such an individual is signaled from the mass mind of mankind and begins to pass through a process of initiations. The length of the process is determined by the pliability of the nature and willingness of the self to be molded according to God's Will, which is the ruling power of the Cosmos. 

Mankind en masse are like unformed substance, running water or flax. After a period of probation the student is assigned to a particular Master who embodies all the Potential qualities and nature of the student. As soon as the student has stepped into this period of his evolution, he can proceed with greater speed in the unfolding of the particular God-Qualities which the Ascended Master himself embodies, and which are the Potential characteristics of the chela. 

I bring this to your attention because many of you are experiencing rigid initiations and then the thought sometimes occurs... "after all the years of applying the Spiritual Law, why these trying experiences." 

Be of good cheer, beloved ones, this shows that you are advancing in the Light and you are about to place your feet on a higher rung of the Ladder of Light.
