Beloved Chelas: 

I have been considering the wealth of instruction which has been released to the chelas through the years and their application thereof. In the majority of cases, this has been most commendable and brings great Joy and Gratitude to the Hearts of the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

Today I speak specifically of those who are always clamoring for more and more. Fortunately this is not the case with most of those chelas who have chosen to be the recipients of these Weekly Releases; but there are a few exceptions however. 

Too much food, spiritual as well as physical, when its use is not fully understood, clogs the system. That which you have received thus far, when applied, would be sufficient to raise each of you into your Spiritual Freedom. There are those instances where the chela has what I shall term a 'greedy' mental vehicle. 

I shall give you a simple illustration which I trust will be of assistance to those who engage in over-indulgence. The body structure provides an example of the Wisdom of Life. Food taken into the physical form is transmuted into energy and strength for the blood stream, the nervous system, and for every cell and tissue, bone and muscle, but if the body did not transmute the food and it remained in its native element, it would be only a very short time before life would be forced to withdraw. Now all our instruction is spiritual food, and if the Instruction cannot be grasped by the intellectual consciousness and used to transmute the lower nature, it merely 'clogs' the mental vehicle and becomes just so much wasted energy. 

I appeal to each one of you to assimilate and put into practice the Instruction which we so lovingly release, and know that all the Releases of the Spiritual Hierarchy are given to you to provide the impetus which is necessary to spur you on to your Freedom in the Light, thus paving the way for others not so privileged as you to cross the bridge into the Divine Realms. It is hoped that throngs of lifestreams will be able to do this before the time comes for their transition at the close of their Earthly embodiment.
