Beloved of the Light: 

For our Lesson this week, I humbly direct your attention to the Activity of Mercy - that glorious Gift of the Father to his children. 

As a human parent shows a child how to walk, and rejoices exceedingly when he is able to take his first steps unassisted by the firm, but tender, hand which has been giving him confidence through the Love which has been flowing from the parent, so does the Love of the Cosmic "I AM" Presence flow to the children of Earth, without cessation, to help them to proceed upon the Path of Life. 

As a child matures, he feels self-confident and believes that he can proceed on his own without guidance from his parent or parents. The same holds true, in many instances, with the mankind of Earth, but when the illumined chela and the orthodox man realize that there is a greater Power than that embraced by his human consciousness, and as he proceeds upon his exploratory path through Earth experience, he comes more and more to the Truth that there IS a Guiding Hand in all his affairs and that he has but to raise his thinking to the higher level to receive more assistance. In so doing, he eventually learns that every thought, word and deed is accomplished through the use of God's Light and Life, the Sacred Essence of Divinity flowing to and through his being at all times. A most important stage has been reached when an individual realizes and accepts the fact that it is the qualification of God's Energy which molds his experience and that of those to whom he may direct it. 

To know that God's Love is dwelling within your heart, the Temple of the Christ Presence in the physical appearance world is assurance that his Mercy is ever-present, and when man will turn to that Fount of Compassion, he can erase the errors of his past through the Merciful Activity of the Violet Fire of Transmutation. As the illumined chela directs the Flame of Mercy into all imprisoned life, he engages in one of the most powerful means of restoring this Earth and her evolutions to the Perfection ordained by the Cosmic Law. The mighty Goddess of Mercy, Kwan Yin, ever awaits your attention in this redemptive process, and enfolds all in her Heart's Love as you choose to join her in the dispensation of the Flame of Mercy from God's Heart which acts INSTANTLY at your call!
