Blessed, beloved Chelas: 

How I welcome this opportunity to further strengthen our Love and the expansion of your Light and that of the Planet, thereby enriching the entire Universe! 

There is a specific aspect of the Spiritual Law which I wish to discuss with you... all the Discourses which are so lovingly presented to you from time to time, whether they contain one aspect of the Law or a lengthy and involved Treatise, do not mature your consciousness unless they ARE PROVEN by the chela as manifest fact. The storage of the application or explanation of Truth in your mental vehicles which has not been acted upon with some degree of success by the aspirant does not result in a noteworthy contribution to his advancement, until applied. 

Dear ones, you might think that you have endeavored to manifest the Law but falling short of accomplishment, you have shelved that particular facet of Truth. It is upon the constancy required that I wish to encourage you to further endeavor. The chela does not know that perhaps just one more day is required for the removal of the stumbling block in his consciousness or the additional amount of energy which must be expanded upon his part. 

You are my children of Light, and like the fond Parent I observe your progress with heartfelt gratitude, even as do your dedicated Teachers in the world of form. As the teacher reassures the talented musician or singer to continue practice, knowing that the goal of perfection is about to be reached, so do I come at this important stage of your progress to counsel you, in deep and abiding Love, to keep on until you have PROVEN THE LAW. 

I come specifically to encourage you to continue in the application of that phase of the Spiritual Law upon which you have been experimenting. It is that heart desire which has risen to the Heavens like a beacon of Light, signifying that the hunger and thirst for manifestation is about to be assuaged and but requires further expenditure of energy on your part to externalize the Pattern upon which you have so lovingly and determinedly set your heart.
