Beloved of the Light:

When the Almighty sent forth the self-conscious Intelligences from his Heart, each was endowed with the capacity to become co-creators in the expansion of Perfection throughout the Universe. 

Each of us who have evolved from the Schoolroom of Earth and even those who decided to remain in the Heaven Realm is continually in the process of widening the periphery of his consciousness. This is part of the evolution, or unfolding, of Perfection which is never quiescent but always in motion. 

As our so loved and Holy Æolus counsels you today to realize and know that continued application of the Spiritual Law will bring manifestation, let us think how greatly blessed we are to have a Being who has evolved to the high estate of Cosmic Holy Spirit turn his attention to us and use his energy in such great Love to assist us to further expansion of our Light. Truly he embodies the spirit of kindness when he counsels all in such simple terms that all may know and understand the Lesson he has placed before us. 

As you daily embark upon your activities, revere the Service of this mighty Being, knowing that all the while he is joined with us in the Oneness of Life and dispenses the Breath of the Almighty, through stepping it down to my humble self which I, in turn, release to you for your free will use. 

I personally kneel within my Heart in true humility for the loving attention and direction of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, and I counsel you to be ever grateful for the beneficence of his Love, giving you a conscious and direct blessing in these Quarterly Releases.
