Beloved Chelas: 

The Fourth Dimension is often referred to in an offhand manner, the individual alluding to the Higher Realms in which there is no imperfection. However, a moment’s thought will cause one to realize that in this Dimension there is every Virtue, Power and Activity of the Creator. Yes, it is the Kingdom of Heaven, and as such should be spoken of with great respect. 

The advent of humanity into the third dimensional plane was for the express purpose of externalizing the Gifts which make up the Fourth Dimension, and the expansion of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, thus enriching the four lower realms which comprise the lower vehicles of humankind. 

When humanity was granted this privilege, the only requirement was that he would provide a receptacle on this Planet, into which would flow the Virtues and Gifts of the Godhead. 

It goes without further explanation that God's Gifts and Powers could not flow over energy of a discordant vibratory action. Therefore, when the mass of humankind changed the rate of vibration of the energy of the lower bodies, they no longer remained as conductors for the outpouring of the Gifts from God's abundant Heart. This gradually reduced the free-flowing radiation of the Virtues and Blessings, contrary to Divine Intent. 

It is for this reason that the Avatars came into the atmosphere of Earth during the various Dispensations, and their vehicles were used as conductors so that the Cosmic Currents could again flow into this plane, and in turn into the vehicles of those who had misused their privilege, and had not yet purified themselves sufficiently on 'return' trips to the schoolroom of Earth to be conductors they were intended to. 

It is most gratifying to me, as well as the entire Spiritual Hierarchy, that we now have chelas on whom we can depend to be conductors of God-Good into the Earth plane. I bring this to your attention at this time that you will be ever alert to keep your lower vehicles in a State of Grace, through harmonious thought, feeling and action.
