Children of My Heart: 

Let us contemplate the Gift of Happiness! 

If one uses the Flame of Gratitude, happiness ensues, bringing with it a feeling of well-being, and its attendant blessings. 

Happiness is not a light, frothy, radiation... by no means! It is a most positive quality. Happiness is not happenstance; it must be cultivated by the outer self, through entertaining in the lower vehicles the thoughts and feelings which result in the positive radiation of Happiness. 

At the present time, particularly, when we are stressing and impressing the consciousness of the chela with the requirement for Universal Peace, it is time you bathe your vehicles with the vibratory action of the buoyant feeling of Happiness. 

Through you, as our representatives in the world of form, it is possible for us to direct the Flame of Happiness to the world at large, but the Radiation flowing through you must consciously be clothed in a corresponding feeling. 

We realize, of course, the disciplinary measures which are required to be a Cup of Happiness into which we can pour the glorious Elixir of that Virtue, but oh the resultant buoyancy of feeling which shall be yours if you will keep the cup of your consciousness free of negative feelings, which lessen the Blessings which it is not only our desire to release to mankind, but which are a necessary qualification of the energies which the Heavenly Father ceaselessly gives to the life of all, everywhere. 

Invoke, beloved ones, the Beloved Lord Ling, God of Happiness, and accept the Gift which he is always eager to bestow upon all who desire to make the Flame of Happiness a constant emanation from their beings. 

Accept the Cosmic Flame of Happiness with which we desire to enfold the evolutions of this Earth. It is yours, NOW!
