Beloved Children: 

When the lifestream begins the upward journey toward re-union with God, the entire endeavor of the assisting Masters is to raise and blend the consciousness of the aspirant with the consciousness of All-Good which represents the thinking and feeling of God, the I AM Presence. 

The only union is a union or Oneness with consciousness wherein the lesser becomes absorbed into the greater. In this process of raising the consciousness we, whose privilege and responsibility it is to serve mankind, must study, the integral nature of the individual chela and lay his consciousness out, so to speak, like a bolt of material underneath the consciousness of God. Then, comparing the two, we are in a position to work intelligently to remove from the lesser consciousness those ideas, concepts and qualities which recognize human imperfection.

We seize upon and expand the qualities that are like the God-Consciousness and, like a wise gardener, cultivate the flowers and remove the weeds. This period of cultivation is a gradual one in which we come again and again to present the God-Thoughts, the God-Ideas and the God-Nature to the individual who is aspiring towards union. Thus, the Ascension takes place in a gradual unfoldment and a new nature is born from a clearer understanding and realization, which our words and radiation pour into the human consciousness, raising it gradually to a clearer and clearer illumination and preparing it for the hour when the 'Consciousness of the "I AM" Presence flows freely into and becomes one with it and thus the lesser consciousness becomes ONE with the Greater. 

This union, mind you, is accelerated by the Flame of our Love and our Consciousness given to you as part of the RESURRECTING POWER by which your nature is changed and transmuted, but the final union is not so much with us as with the great ALL GOOD from whence we all draw and to which we have but pointed you the Way. 

Every endeavor that we make to really anchor, into your consciousness more of God's Nature is a tremendous source of joy and exhilaration to ourselves and it is our earnest and constant prayer that our Presence, our Love and our Instruction may render some permanent service each week to make more and more of your inner nature like unto the One I AM God Consciousness, which we all strive to express as fully as our individual lifestreams will allow. I AM but one window in the great Cosmic Castle of the Sky and you are another, but my expression is not yet the fullness of the Father's Nature nor his Love, yet what I AM and have become through the Grace and Wisdom of Cosmic Law, may be utilized in perfecting other parts of the ONE LIFE and bringing them nearer to the ONE throne around which we all worship and from whence we all secure our Individualized and Sustained Being.
