Dear Children:

God can act in the world of men only through unascended beings.

The chef, for instance, in order to prepare and serve a perfect meal, requires fine utensils which will readily lend themselves to his genius. Blunt knives or scorched vessels for cooking limit his ability to express perfection in his finer service. He therefore sees to it that the articles of his profession are in the most perfect order.

The instruments which the Father has to use, however, have the faculty with in themselves (through free will) of putting themselves out of order and in a state of disrepair and this is a  much more difficult situation than when so called inanimate objects are involved.

For man to even feel the Will of God he must have a soul which is receptive to the finer vibrations from above. The vibrations of man's soul are affected by his thoughts and by his feelings. When these thoughts and feelings are discordant or inharmonious, he is offering the Godhead imperfect vessels to use in the world of form. Thus, a greater amount of God's Energy is required to bring forth a manifestation which will benefit the individual, or the race. In a sense man is "blunting the knives and scorching the vessels" through which the Divine Purpose seeks to manifest.

Let us always, then, provide a soul, and prepare it to be at all times in readiness as an instrument of the Father that his will may manifest on Earth.

Love and Blessings,

THE MAHA CHOHAN
