Blessed children of the One God 

It has now been over a month since the world as you knew it changed forever. How exactly the change will unfold remains to be seen, dependent primarily upon the choices and decisions of all involved. I am well aware that with the infinite number of prayers and calls for peace going forth throughout your planet forward progress is being made, even if at the moment outer appearances show otherwise. 

As you each do you best to be that "shining example of God's Peace to all life" I and your Ascended Master sponsors are fully aware you are not taking enough time necessary to rest your physical, mental and emotional bodies, and replenish your energies for the ongoing work at hand. For these reasons, and also so you can cope more easily with the activities and events of each and every day, I would like to offer you a variation on the beautiful prayer of a perfect sleep located in your decree book. If you are having difficulty going to sleep or are not able to sleep at all, I highly recommend you begin using this decree on a regular basis or at least until your personal rhythm of activity and rest is re-established. Its words are as follows: 

By the magnetic power of Divine Love and the Supreme Flame of Peace within my heart, I call upon my own I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self: Oh beloved powers of God's Will, Love, Wisdom, Mercy and Comfort, endow me now with all thy blessings so I might have a night filled with perfect sleep. While I rest, attune and balance my four lower vehicles to that of my own perfectly balanced Threefold Flame and the many God qualities I receive at the Ascended Master Retreats that I AM so privileged to visit in projected consciousness while in this state of rest and replenishment. 

Beloved Presence of God, in your great mercy and compassion, endow every soul living on the planet Earth with the same peace of a perfect sleep, quieting their physical, mental and emotional bodies which will allow their own spiritual unfoldment to accelerate. Upon waking, as a living disciple of Holy Spirit, use my vehicles as channels for your gifts of perfect peace into, through and around me so your blessings may reach all life everywhere. I so decree it and accept it done, as God's Most Holy Name, I AM!

Rest now, beloved ones, in the arms of your own I AM Presence!
